Because of Mana convert and many mods to reduce mana cost / new zodiac nodes are added in Ganida update including mana convert.

other to what ToNature said you can focus on Mana dampening for now, best way is gloves + shoulders + plague authority with -4 mana cost, decrese resource link run connected to seals and toggle spell, and in 8th zodiac you have 5% mana dampening, if your Brewing Mastery is high it helps a lot with mana potion cooldown reduction and with mana dampening buff after using mana potion in addition there is Vesper relic, which also makes you using mana potions faster. sorry for bad english
