Sausage, Chicken, Ham & Rice - What could be better?
Jambalaya is one of my all time favorite dishes - true a one pot wonder. Check out my version with chicken, sausage & ham. I make a huge back of the tomato & sausage stock (freeze the extra) and then make small batched with the cooked rice. Make sure to use Uncle Bens Long Grain.
If you'd like you can use the same techniques with different meats. If you'd like shrimp add them at the last minute so they don't over cook.
