As a former internal recruiter myself, this is so true. My question is...as an External Recruiter, how do you open the door to partnering with them? My first thought when I receive a phone call/email from an External Recruiter is "it's my job to find candidates, why would we hire an external and impose a placement fee?" but I totally see the common frustrations and value! Thanks.
