- DIY EASY folder you can make for your paper craft supplies! I show you two options, one made with scrapbook paper and one made with regular file folders. You can also customize the size of your folder!
Measurements for the 8 x 5 1/2 folder made with scrapbook paper.
Cut 5 sheets of 12 x 12 paper at 8 inches.
Score each sheet of 12 x 8 papers on the 12 inch side at 5 3/4 inches and 6 1/4 inches.
The width of your pockets I made are 5 1/2. I made mine a variety of depths from 3/4 inch to 2 inches. You can customize your pockets to fit your needs.

You are so welcome! I just learned to use mine a couple of years ago, but I love a no sew project!!🥰
Very nice idea! You could make a red folder for red bits and pieces, brown for brown pieces etc

Sorry this was a little late but right after your show they cut away and I couldn't even get back and find you to give you a like and tell you how much I like the show
Hope you have a great day
I am so glad you made one and that you are enjoying my videos! Glad you found me!! Thanks for watching and for the kind comments! 😍
Love this
Thanks so much!
Very nice project. I like it❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊
I absolutely love this! I plan to make the scrapbook paper one. At first I thought, I just organized my tons of ephemera, so I really don't need one of these. But, I'm planning on making a junk journal with the Rose Parfum paper by Stamperia, and I can use this after cutting all the little perfume bottles and other ephemera out, and use it just for the idea that I'm working on at the time. So super! ❤Roxann
Wonderful! That’s a great idea. I see myself using a few pages for any current project I’m working on! 🥰
I love these! I’ve made one a while ago using tracing paper for the pockets…. It was a disaster! lol! Definitely going to make one of each of these so ty for sharing your way to make them. ❤
I am glad you are going to give it a try! I am finding the paper works just fine- I don't miss being able to see through it! LOL
Love this idea. I like the file folder style one due to I have alot of those.
Me too! It is a great way to use them! Thanks for watching!
Bought a box of those folders with the layered sections-having thought SOMEHOW, I could use these for jj because they’re just so cool. Haven’t used ‘em yet. But NOW-squeeee-I’m gonna convert ‘em to THIS *jabs at screen*!!! SIDE NOTE SUGGESTION: for some of those internally layered folders, keep them UNGLUED so you could store collection of envelopes for future projects. The deeper ‘pockets’ will keep them from flopping.
FANTASTIC idea!! I was even thinking of gluing some envelopes to a few pages for various items. So many possibilities! Have fun!
@@silverandsparkles2474 Like minds-was thinking of same with various envelope sizes to store all those itty-bitty ephemera’s so they don’t constantly spill out. Label envelopes either by maker (Holtz) or category, but yeah…perfect idea!
This is great. I don’t sew.❤
I am glad the no sew option was helpful! Thanks for watching!
