is this company for real? I agree with the other comments that the video needs to be better sound and eliminate the annoying sounds from people hitting the mic. The einsteins in their marketing or sales dept must be too lazy to re-shoot the video. With 19K hits on youtube, the poor quality video probably resulted in a couple hundred lost customers.
