It's a foaming chlorinated alkaline that attacks fatty protein soils. The smell cannot make you sick. Yes it can burn you. Chemical suits, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves, and face shields are required when applying/spraying the foam. Sanitation Manager - 6 Supervisors/54 hourly employees, all report to me.

@@jennyjen734 I’d definitely start out by saying you’re definitely going to get wet. On your first rinse make sure to take off the most obvious pieces, anything that’s clumped up or stuck you wanna knock it on it out of your belt. The conveyers going to run so most of the product is going to fall back around. Your best interest during your first rinse is to do it as quickly as possible that means all sides of the machine, the inner belt walls and under the belt with cross bars. Try your best but don’t get caught up. Your still going to need to foam up the machine and do another rinse so you’ll be able to knock out what you didn’t get the first time :) I suggest bringing a flashlight to help you, just so QC or QA don’t nail you out for not seeing everything, it can get dark under the belts. Always hit angles! Good luck! And keep that can do attitude. Don’t be intimidated. Always keep open to feedback from your experienced workers, they know which spots get the most dirtiest. Hope it helped in some way! Can only say so much over text ! Haha

All bacteria would be killed after the clean. I’m a 2IC cleaner at an pig abbtatoir with slaughter and boning room. It’s similar to how we do it, few different things but the whole process is pretty much the same. Educate yourself
