Roaring Fork and SumoMaya, Toca Madera is a favorite of some of my friends. I have not tried it yet. The others I have not been to either, they do look very good.
If your in Scottsdale, go to Julio's Too, off of Cambelback 7305 E, Camelback Rd. I went there number of time when we had a 2 year lease on the house in Scottsdale. and I was working at the Golf couse there.
