- What do you do if you have to add animation to a cut-out cycle?
How to tackle animation revisions after the scene is done.
These are two hurdles that I found difficult to get started with. Most of my problems were caused because I was being too timid with changes. Be bold, animator friends.

So if you only select what's in a Master Peg for a head, or something with many assets/pegs/nodes/etc, it will copy and paste that keyframe anywhere else on the timeline when you paste the keyframe? Got it.
I am learn toon boom and i love evey tut you do it its so helpful
I've been following your videos for all my animation mayor and it has helped a lot. It would be awesome if we could see your keystrokes while you work. Keep it up, this is awesome!
I think I tried to do that before, but couldn't figure it out with my recording software lol.
My advice would be to pick 2-3 things you use all the time write them on a post-it and force yourself to use those hotkeys
Once you stop checking the post-it pick 2-3 more.
I don't even know what I'm pressing most of the time anymore. I have to look at my fingers lol
This is exactly the tutorial I have been looking for...how to animate in Harmony. Rigging is usually where most channels stop. Hearing about the order to manipulate - peg, then deformers is the untold info and can't be figured out from to manuals. It was great seeing the decisions being made. The pace of this video was very good for me.
If you do another animation exercise, could you do it with deformers. I think onion skinning does not work with envelope deformers so I would be interested in animators just scrub or render often. And then to see how you select the manipulators in the hierarchy with pegs, constraints, deformers - like use of the B hot key and such.
I miss you
hello! i don't know if you're gonna read this but here i go
i tried to do some practices with this rig and it always makes the program to freeze, my pc has decent hardware and i don't know what could it be

Hey! I’m about to start as cut-out junior animator for a studio so all you share is priceless, thank you so much and yes please keep sharing your wise knowledge we really appreciate it Ihih ☺️✨🙌 you mention another animator in the end of the video but I couldn’t catch up, can you write it? Thanks!
That's awesome! Congratulations!
At the end I mention zebirdbrain, she's got a tonne of stuff and is active on the toonboom discord as well. Also, Oli Putland has a great book on his patreon that is worth a look.
Really cool watching your method for finessing stuff around. It’s nice to know things are gonna get messy sometimes and that’s normal for people!
When I stopped being timid about making changes it got SO much easier!
Love watching these types of videos!
Nice class love it! Can you do more of this cut out animation for tv series? There arent to many tutorials of this out there, I just can find about Rigging stuff, so this is very valuable
I'm thinking of doing another few for sure. Don't really have a plan yet lol.
Is there anything, in particular, you would like to see?
