My goal is to become the best power forward in canada. Even though I started my basketball journey this summer. But I am like 5'8 in the 8th grade and one of the best players in the school. My goal is to be more athletic, stronger physically and mentally, more explosive, and most importantly imrove on my shooting. Preciate what you doing. @@dallafinezt3334 I turned 6'4 in college, it varies from person to person. Train hard, eat and sleep well. And learn all about basketball, see lebron, curry, the best understand even other positions.
@@dallafinezt3334 I’d suggest all around hooper skills. If he had a size advantage now he should learn how to use it. He should always work on the fundamentals though. At least the newer 2021 fundamentals.
When I see these trainers take Underrated hoopers and turn then into high level recruits. I’ll respect it. These guys have all the help they can get(Mikey etc). But the undervalued hooper is dying to get a workout and would appreciate it more.

How many days a week would you recommend for someone to play pick up and play against live defense? Is it okay to play pick up every day or is it better to alternate the days that you play pick up?
Hi Ryan, is there such thing as flicking too hard when you shoot because sometimes when I flick to get ball rotation, my wrist just ends up shaking left and right, messing up my shot. How do I fix that?

You should focus on guard skills 5'8 in the 8th indicates you only will grow 4 to 5 inches so undersized guard just work on trying to be a good guard

We train over 250 hoopers a week. Plenty of them started with no name & have built their name from the ground up
