Good vid bro, a lot of ppl jump into these cars or bad decisions trying to keep up with social media. These cars aren’t cheap even if you can afford em 💯🏁
I pay 400 and change for my 2020 Scatpack it had 5 miles on it, keep in mind, this was in the beginning of the pandemic when they were offering dodge dollars and I had 7500 positive equity on my 2011 Charger and no disrespect 690 is not A1 credit. Out the door I got the car for 35k. Sticker price was 47k!
Yeah it’s good to have a 700-800 credit score you don’t have to put shit down people been getting these cars with shitty credit & still paying more if you have a 750 credit score your payment could be $600 instead of $900.
From a scat owner with a 10k+ down payment and good credit he is not lying anyone young especially my age at 19 you have to work and manage your money don’t spend anything it’s hard but when you want something you do it trust me.if you are in school always like me (college) you might have parents so you really don’t pay bills so be grateful of that because I’m taking advantage of it as you can see but anything is possible!

But my whole point here was that it’s different in every dealership you go to … This scat right here doesn’t actually have a widebody on it… i’m not hating on him or his car i’m just saying, widebody scats are definitely more expensive then a regular slim scat for sure . Anybody that actually knows about the market for real will actually understand where i’m coming from and what i mean . But GREAT VIDEO BRO !! i love the scat too bro . If you get one of these chances are they are under the lifetime oil change, inspection warranty. So that takes care of that. Real shit I can actually tell you love this car. I bet you were daydreaming of just driving one even though you already are driving one. There’s no feeling any better
Let me rephrase what this man said just past the 12 minute mark another way- if your car note eats up more than 20% of your NET monthly earnings, NET not gross....you cannot afford this car. I'm talking about the real money that goes into your bank account, not what you tell people you make a year. You may think you can afford it, but you'll never be able to pay all you other bills (hello crazy rent)and also be able to save some money that you WILL need when there's an emergency. Never mind the gas/insurance/maintenance costs of the Scat. And yeah if you can't afford to fill your tank when you go to the gas station, you're putting $10-$15 in at a time, that is a huge red flag. Just walk away and buy you a used Accord or Camry. Sorry for the bad news update
I really respect this comment . That’s very true . I can respect it more because I was 18 making 16 an hr with a Dodge Challenger sxt. I straight forced it and I accepted that . I could make the payment but couldn’t afford the car . So I did the right thing and God got me out . Now I have an Honda Accord on my own no co-sign about 640 credit score because of letting people pull my credit but I had to get what I could actually afford . I actually love my accord sport . But your comment would get a lot of men in their feelings but the truth hurts
This is the harsh reality, but there's real talk here. The absolute ONLY way I'd say you can afford this if more than 20% of your NET, is if you don't have any other bills etc to pay and have a lot of wiggle room after the payment. Basically, the car, insurance, gas etc and maybe phone being the only things you have to pay.
Man I'm about to regularly start averaging around $1,400 to $2,000 a week and even I'm still wondering if I can truly afford a $50k+ car..... Last week I grossed $1,543, but only around $1,000 this week because I had a situation come up and couldn't fully work this week the way I normally do. But still....I find myself wondering if I can afford one. Not because of the monthly payments or other things that come with the car, but other expenses in life such as living necessities, home payments, etc. I don't wanna be pinching pennies because of a car but I really want a 5.0 Stang.
My advice is to save up a few months first, put up that payment every month for 6 months to a year…. So when you do get in your car, you have a good security net if anything goes wrong, you have the money saved to keep up in your downtime. It doesn’t take six months to get back on track of your not lazy and really getting up everyday making things happen
stack up 20-30k for a year build the credit drop 15k and keep working but find a sweet leverage spot you’ll be prepared if anything goes wrong and it shouldn’t if you do it correctly no burnouts like a mf not driving all day everyday just be kind to it it will treat you well trust me

I mean anyone could buy it bro but the maintenance is what gets them. If you can do most of it yourself you are in good shape and as well gas but come on no one is getting this cars for gas savers more like shredding them tires! Dope car brotha !
They cant afford it .. I wouldnt daily one ... I dont even daily my ecoboost mustang e85 and mods fuck that i daily a company vehicle 😅😅.. dope whip Broski!!
Figuring out what you can afford is easy. If you can buy it with cash, you can afford it. If it is less than or equal to half of your annual salary, you can afford it. Otherwise, it's a poor financial decision.
He ain’t lying tho fr. No 🧢 I have an 2019 Dodge Charger ScatPack. My payments $650 to be exactly. I love the car, going from an Nissan 350z $277 a month to an $650 car payment is a huge leap. I did mods muffler delete, wheels & sounds system, etc. I’m about to trade in mines and get something regular now. Mainly because gas and maintenance and all that, because I daily it. I used to work in a warehouse making 19hr or so To joining the army so yeah I’m surprised I was still able to keep up with everything making less than I was making before joining the service. But great video man!! Definitely made me subscribe! 💪🏽💪🏽🐝💨
Joining the Army is a bad decision. You're fighting for nothing. You won't be able to go home everyday, your wife will end up cheating on you. You can't play video games everyday, and no other fun . No everyday pussy for you either
What your saying is the truth I have a high 700-800 credit score I went to a credit union I put down 25k and my payments were 596 a month. And insurance 150 a month now I don’t have many miles on mine it’s a 2021 under 4k
I make $49,920 per year and I'm 20. I've and Audi 2004 A4 then a Nissan maxima sport on premium 09 then a 2016 Dodge charger sxt Rallye now a 2021 392 scat pack.

wassup bro i post similar content u mind checking me out and lmk what i need to improve on ?
“You’re not paying 400-500 a month, I don’t believe that” .. my monthly payment is 489 lol
Really good I information 👊🏾
Life is too short to drive simple cars
Just buy it used 35k min for a okay mileage one u might be looking at 5-700 car payment depends on credit and down-payment insurance wise shop around or if someone really loves u lol join there Insurance and pay the difference 😉 someone at Walmart can afford one but ur going to have to live with someone lol the choice is urs good luck my friend
Also be smart have some thing pay for your car payments I have real estate rentals pay for both of mines plz be smart and don't let this car be a daily have a shi box as ur daily mines is a 05 dodge caravan ugly as hell but I pull up in the yard with beautiful cars to look at.
Not everyone can afford this cars bro. Good video but I don’t think everyone can afford this
I’m not paying ah $700 car note I’ll just put 5-8k down for a 620 or 550 note😂😂
I mean anyone could buy it bro but the maintenance is what gets them. If you can do most of it yourself you are in good shape and as well gas but come on no one is getting this cars for gas savers more like shredding them tires! Dope car brotha !
SRT Hellcat is a whole Different Game
They cant afford it .. I wouldnt daily one ... I dont even daily my ecoboost mustang e85 and mods fuck that i daily a company vehicle 😅😅.. dope whip Broski!!
Beautiful vehicle‼️
Bro i was like is that Costco on the right 1:07 🤯. We in Katy lol
Kept it 💯 DISCIPLINE N MANAGEMENT is key 🤝 helped me a lot I plan on chasing my goal n getting one by june
Did you get it?
Figuring out what you can afford is easy. If you can buy it with cash, you can afford it. If it is less than or equal to half of your annual salary, you can afford it. Otherwise, it's a poor financial decision.
Say “ you know “ one mo time 😂😂😂😂
Dude if you ain’t got at least 20k to spend you shouldn’t be looking at scat packs..
How does one recommend getting a 50k car wheb only making 38k a year. 18 an hr is less than 40k a year.
Sounds like my budget that's why I went with the 57 instead
He ain’t lying tho fr. No 🧢
I have an 2019 Dodge Charger ScatPack.
I used to work in a warehouse making 19hr or so
To joining the army so yeah I’m surprised I was still able to keep up with everything making less than I was making before joining the service.
But great video man!!
Definitely made me subscribe!
💪🏽💪🏽🐝💨
You trade it in bro
Joining the Army is a bad decision. You're fighting for nothing. You won't be able to go home everyday, your wife will end up cheating on you. You can't play video games everyday, and no other fun . No everyday pussy for you either
Had a rt rental from Friday til Monday spent 100+ on gas shit insane how fast it go can’t speed fr smh
The question isn’t can you afford to get it but can you afford to “keep it”
Good video
3 something for gas ??? manneee it’s almost 5 bucks here in socal 😭
Wow
Thank Biden
We paying $3.55 for regular gass in PA 😪
That’s not bad for premium. But If $3.55 for regular now that’s crazy
Bruh Rn in Los angeles premium is at 4.99
@@drewwskiii6970 bruh in Sac premium at 5.29 🤦🏽♂️

What your saying is the truth I have a high 700-800 credit score I went to a credit union I put down 25k and my payments were 596 a month. And insurance 150 a month now I don’t have many miles on mine it’s a 2021 under 4k
You right 2021 I pay 480$ but dropped 30,000 down oil change 250$ full tank Chicago 130$ but it’s bad ass

Gas in Los Angeles right now, Premium is found often at 4.99 ...

I just topped off with some 93 at Costco in Raleigh $3.34
Big facts
That color pressure 😤
Thanks bro 💯
Yeah not gonna lie it look like a demon emblem lol
You should tint your side markers
lol bro Walmart makes money lol 1,100 every 2 weeks is enough for a scat pack lol I work there and I have one
18 dollars an hour is not enough close enough to afford this unless you want to live at home forever and not progress. Gotta be making at least 30-40 after tax to be comfortable
Thats why to get one with a rebuilt title they cheaper around 28-30k
9/10 they have been abused by the previous owner
Could I get a normal scat then wide body it my self ?
Yes u can
Widebody kit
If you make 850 to 1000plus a week you can afford it just need big down at least 10k if you want your payment to be under 1000, each 1000 you put it’s 20 dollars off the monthly payment
How much y’all putting down on these 50-60k cars I plan on doing it in the next 5 years or so, but I’m planning on putting ATLEAST half the msrp down
I know this is probably late, but that’s a decent plan to avoid having a large payment.. it’s what I did with my Corolla and invested the other half
@@matthewciprian3201 Yeah after this year I’ll be at 70k a year I could easily buy one if I wanted to right now but don’t wanna be spending a whole check on care payments and insurance lol
I make 16 an hour at arbys 😂😂nd we got the same car broski except the widebody only work 50 hours a week got no problem affording it good video tho homie but ppl who make 11-13$ an hour can still afford it just have to work extra hard
great to hear man i’m tryna start saving for the down payment and get me it finance it later on when i’m a bit older and have a stable job yk
U must not pay no rent or bills
@@mrchasedabag8957 I do I just work hard and save my money 💰🤧💀

I pay 405 430 in there like 60ish to full up 585 month 220 insurance
Man I really hate the thought I won’t be able to drive or own a hero with everything going to EV. I definitely need to have some sort of petrol car before things entirely go EV
Hellcat Durango will have one more year or you can always switch to Escalade
interesting stuff
I make 17$ hr n usually work 10+ hr over time a week, n got over 20k in the bank with credit score 700+ and yet I still drive a Gt (its in my channel ) !!! A v8 would kill my pocket on gas , I would too much n always on the road , I love these cars but rn I’m saving n the gt is perfect for me ! Love my car , I’m not tryna race nobody so ion need the extra horsepower !!!
Thats the right thing to do, you have nothing to prove to anyone. When your in a a place financially to afford it, it will be so much more enjoyable not having to stress.
Making 61k a year, only pay $500 a month for rent. No other major bills besides phone bill and car insurance. Do you think I can afford it?
True
720 a month lmao not bad am paying 1,400 gave 10 k down payment on a 2021 red eye challenger came out 101k and doing 6 years
How old are you
@@los2094 26 years old my first hellcat I had at 22
