    Situated next to the river, this part of town has been established for many year hence the existing commerce activities around is just vibrant. In order to leverage on that, Berkeley Uptown will be injecting a different twist by introducing their new form of retail and education facilities.
    Judging by the structure of Pin Hwa highschool, education is prioritized by the community in Klang. Therefore, KDU international school would definitely change the identity of this old address. Also, this township also rides on the new LRT station that is currently under construction as well as the third bridge. These would definitely improve the circulation of the residents.
    However, traffic seems to be a concern here as there are lots of activities, resulting in high traffic and the roads are narrow due to old town planning. Although there has been adjustment to most of the road's directions, there are just a lot of people around.

    Woah, i never knew paramount would take this challenge to build their property in the city of Klang 😝. Kudos to paramount. Hopefully with this kind of development, it can make Klang to be much better 🤞🏻

    I was born and raised up in Klang for the rest of my life and I know this town very well. In my opinion, Klang is a very messy township especially when you compare it with more well planed and developed neighbouring towns like Shah Alam, Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya. The roads are narrow, full of potholes and no proper planning here and there, like some housing estates built close to old factories.
    Newer townships such as Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Bandar Baru Klang, Bandar Bukit Raja and Bandar Botanik are of course well developed because they are built by large developers with proper blueprints for their townships development and there are located far away from the old town center of Klang.
    I currently live in Setia Alam which is technically located in Shah Alam, just borders with Klang area.
    Whenever I leave Setia Alam for Klang, I would feel a massive difference between Shah Alam and Klang. It's like comparing Shanghai and Dhaka. It's a fact that even though I love Klang I have to admit.
    Shame on MPK for this.
    About this Berkeley Uptown project, I wish the buyers good luck for their purchases. If the only point for them to buy a property there just because of the Sri KDU School, it's gonna make you regret. Look at the surrounding area, the raw undeveloped lands, old factories, some pretty old rumah papan and the famous foreigners' apartment blocks next to Berkeley Uptown are going to give you an eyesore. Trust me, this area has no hope.

    The Old Klang is the most populated blue collar immigrant in Malaysia. I used to hang out there in teenage years, for tuition, etc. I won't say it's unsafe, but it's uncomfortable, bad traffic and dirty. The Klang satellite town like Bukit Tinggi, Bukit Raja and Setia Alam are few kilometres away. Much better in all aspects of livelihood. Probably the only great thing I can think of, lots of good public school or Chinese schools are around the old township.

      Because it use glass wall and glass is less 3cm normal wall is 15-30CM and also light can not go through

      Yea, one room was built in glass wall. That might be a factor, but I like the kitchen and yard space a lot. It's really a functional space for a family:)

    Any tips on how to get a grasp on where the refuse chamber will be when we are picking our units during purchase in the sales office? Or it is just a gamble with every project? Is there a standard drawing pattern we can see from the layout plan to know where the refuse chambers are
