You guys haven't done a playthrough of 7 Wonders, have you? I hear so much about this game, but the explanations don't seem to do it justice-- and your videos are the best....
Yet again I have to say, "fantastic video". I wish you guys would make a complete pigs ears of one so I could sit and point out all the flaws and errors in it! 🤣 Unlike Aaron, I like games that combine luck and skill; if I win it was because I'm such a skillful player, if I lose, it was just bad luck. But I do like this game, and I've read a new version in a white box has been released recently, so I can see it being purchased next payday. Have you guys ever played The Bottle Imp? It's a great game, although it's best at three players, but I'm really terrible at it. Obviously that's just bad luck... 😁
Sour grapes much there Aaron? :D I didn't like the look of this game at all. For starters, it can be played so simply just from having 2 packs of normal playing cards with some jokers in it - so it's a waste of money. But other than that, like Aaron said, it's just so dry. No theme, no excitement. Not for me I don't think.

Dave is wonderful at explaining how to play. I would love to learn all games from his explanations.
We always play multiple rounds of that game and the first to get 50 points wins. It evens the luck.

almost a spin on the traditional card game President mixed with Gin Rummy - hmmm - probably plays a lot quicker when you are familiar with it
It reminds me a bit of "Who's the Ass?". No stealing, but there's a lot of the technique for single cards vs multiples strategy involved.

I was likewise going to say that the game could be played using standard playing cards. I expect that's how it got to be designed in the first place.
Boring game. Please get with me before you decide on the next game to play. I will make sure we don't get videos like this again!
