Work 3 Shifts As A Night Shift Nurse w/ Me

Hi friends, come with me as I work 3 shifts in a row as a night shift. I am a recent new grad RN and I’ve been working on my own for about 3 months. Some advice for my nursing students, you will continue to learn on the job so don’t feel ashamed or scared if you don’t feel ready because even the nurses with years of experience are still learning and asking questions. Advice for my new grads you will have coworkers that will be eager to help you and tackle nerve racking/sudden changes or tasks, your not alone once you are on your own, there is always help and you and coworkers are all feeling the same thing (anxious, unsure, etc.). As time progress, you will develop a routine and become less anxious about the things you start to do frequently on the job. You got this 👍🏾
