I had my up close encounter in 2013. He was over 10 foot tall and almost 5 feet wide. I was on one side of a fire ring in my yard and he was on the other side, about 12 feet away. There was a big hunting dog that came to my home from time to time and thats who he was really mad at i believe. When he roared/screamed at us it felt like it shook the bone marrow in my bones. I was in a loung chair and the forced pushed me off of the chair. Then he leaned over facing the dog and as loud as the first Roar was, it hardley compared to the second. The dog rolled over and pee shot out of him all over him and he was froze. Its a long story but we both survived, but it ripped trees out of the ground, and broke many more. I had watched Harry and the Hendersons, and i had seen patty as a kid, but Bigfoot never entered my Mind. I had seen a Mountain Monster. I had my cellphone in my hand with earbuds in when this started, but at some point i dropped my phone on the ground. My home was about 10 to 15 yards away, and once i got in i hid in the corner away from all windows for 3 days with no way to contact anyone. Luckily a coworker came by to check on me after i kept missing work. I never thought i had seen a Sasquatch until 2020 when i heard other stories online. That night changed my whole life. I had a real hard time for the first 3 years after that. I never went outside at night for that time, and honestly i rarly go out at night now. I had bad nightmares and was always scared i was hearing things outside of my home at night. I have not gone near the woods except when riding down the road in a car. I stayed in that house for another few weeks until my Mother and her boyfriend were staying at my place for a few days and he had a medical emergency and we had to call out the EMTs for a heart condition. While they Paramedics were there they told us they had always wanted to see the inside of the house i was renting because a few years earlier a bear had broke in the back door and killed a mother and daughter in that house. I Moved the next day. I have searched for that story online but cant find it anywhere. But why would the two guys lie like that? I never thought vave man or ape when i seen him. His face was so distorted when he was roaring at us. Its hard to imagine how big these things are until you see one. Another thing that really messes with me is i know for a fact they are real, so why are we not being warned and educated about these things? We are being lied to by the people who are supposed to be looking out for us. I dont know what to believe anymore. Is every monster story real? Be safe and stay near people when camping.

Wow that's absolutely terrifying. I had very similar experience in 2002. I happened to be in a tent so I didn't get the visual part but I did get the absolutely otherworldly scream roar and and breathing growling at me from about 4 ft away. It was huge and I could see a little shadow outline from the moonlight. Anyways it took 3 steps into the crunchy leaves and literally vanished. Had other sightings and experiences but nothing like that one. I really thought I was going to die or go out shooting. I figured if it was going to kill me it would have tried and it didn't. I actually hunted and camped there several more times over the yrs and nothing major happened. It was just pissed because we had just bulldozed a rd two miles into its territory apparently. This was also in E TN

Hope you can share a record of events on a podcast when your ready. It sounds fascinating, yet terrifying to experience. I hope your managing well, it’s cliche but, talking really does help. Like my buddy Vic always says “if he really wanted ya you wouldn’t be here to talk about it, but he didn’t want to end you bc your hear to tell the tale. Not a bad idea to move away though. I believe we do have real monsters that have every intent to kill 100% of the time but they are not the wild men in the woods. They are the current rulers of this realm and the minions in high places who do their bidding.

You're not in alone in having these things ruin camping in the thick woods for you. Which totally sucks for those of us who really love camping and being out there. Plus if you tell anyone the ridicule makes you want to just clobber them. Especially since I didn't get to see it since it stayed just inside the trees and it was late at night/dark. So you just stay quiet about it and try to wrestle with wth happened. I wasn't even able to see the one that came into our camp but the branch breaking, stomping, growling and throwing shit was absolutely f'ing terrifying. And I'm not one to be afraid of stuff. I'm guessing it had to weigh 1000lbs or so. Initially I had no clue what it could have possibly been. Until I started thinking about the stomping and loud walking, definitely on two feet. And to think that bastard snuck up on me dead silent. F those things. Thanks for sharing your story. I totally get what you have had to deal with all these years. (Fyi deal was in Northern California 2003).

I think the word it spoke, how TJ said it at first like "E'nuck" sounds very similar to some of the words in the Sierra Sounds. It does sound like Enoch but I think the manner in which they speak, with the tongue to the roof of the mouth, produces a lot of sounds just like that. But who knows, maybe they were giving him a clue.

Hi everyone my name is Donna and I am 65 yoa. First of all I really enjoy your podcast and the experiences shared. I am just an ordinary person and not too sure if these events were Sasquatch related.
My mom & step-dad lived in Historic Lenox Western MA, not far from Great Barrington, for many years after they retired. Many weekends, I would go up from RI to visit. Oftentimes, I would go for an early morning power walk. On one of those mornings, I believe on a Sunday morning 2005-2006, I went for a walk about 6:00-6:30 a.m. I walked down a road that went out of the village into a heavily wooded area. On my way back, I suddenly felt absolutely and suddenly noticed a very strong odor of what I can only describe as an old wet dog. I was terrified like only one other time in my life, and that was in New Brunswick, Canada. Back to the incident in MA, as I started to try to figure out what I could do to save myself from an attack from something wild, I remember that I didn't hear any sounds of anything walking in the woods. No crunching of leaves, snapping of twigs, nothing. I was too terrified to look behind me in the woods. I say behind me because I sensed whatever it was, was behind me right inside of the tree line to my left. One or two cars had driven by, but my only escape was to cross the road. The terror I felt was primordial!! I thankfully made it back unscathed. Again, I never heard a sound. In New Brunswick in 1989 samething. I fell behind a group of us picking some type of nut that was ripe at the end of August (I believe it was). I had a huge bush full of nuts that I couldn't pull myself away from. Suddenly, the stench of wet nasty old dog (nothing against dogs) and terror that I had never felt before. I stopped picking at that bush and hurriedly caught up to the people I was with. I did not hear , and I dared not look behind me. Both in MA & in New Brunswick, I thought it must have been a bear or coyote. Until last year, when I started listening to Bigfoot Podcasts. I realized that so many of the encounters of countless people and my experiences were very, very similar. The terror that came over me so suddenly was just as many people described experiencing. In 1976 in Northern Vermont while walking in the forest with a friend that I was allowed to visit during April vacation (we were 16 ), we came across four deer legs strewn about on a bed of pine needles. There was no sign of a struggle, blood, or fur. They looked snapped off. Nothing else. Very strange, but we never thought much more about it. One more questionable incident was 1981 February. I was hiking and camping with my ex 200 miles south of El Paso in the Chihuahua Desert. We were sleeping in a two man tent, flaps open to allow the heat from a small contained fire to keep us a little warmer. I woke up to the sound of something approaching the rear of the tent. It came right up to the rear and released its breath which literally warmed the air inside, no stench or fear. It then just lumbered away. I though a steer or a horse, which in retrospect makes no sense. We spent almost two weeks in the area. We were nearby Big Bend Ranch State Park. However, at the time we did not see any ranches or wildlife. I wish I could remember if it sounded four legged or bipedal. We were armed and he is an expert marksman, so I felt safe. We never talked about it the next day or ever, until recently. Now we both really wonder. I had been aware of Bigfoot, but, as most, I thought they only existed in the Northwest Pacific, and they never entered my mind until the past year.

Can I blow your mind? When the sasquatch said the word 'eenuk or inuk' I found the closest lingual translation for it North America; The word inuk is part of the Inuktitut language, which is spoken by the Inuit. Inuk means "person" in Inuktitut, and the singular of Inuit is Inuk. I think it said "Person."

They for sure know, but the reason they keep it under wraps isn’t because they think people will be scared like this guys talking about, it’s because there’s an element to their existence that is supernatural/paranormal in nature.
The stories that people tell of these massive beings peering out from behind a tree, and then going back behind the tree, only you can’t see anything of them anymore, as though they’re disappearing behind it, is a huge clue in what’s happening here.
I’ve had a theory for a bit now that the trees in these areas play a vital role in all these things

Absolutely terrifying encounter's!! The tone and raw matter of factness in TJ's voice when describing his encounters was bone chilling. Really appreciated him relating his encounters. Enoch was Noah's great grandfather and described as a man of God, one who knew God, or one who God spoke to or through. The first book of Enoch relates when the Watchers/Sons of God sought out Enoch and petitioned him to speak to God, on their behalf, regarding the issue of the fate of the nephilim and themselves. The nephilim were the unholy by product of the Watchers leaving their first estate and having sexual relations with human women due to their beauty. So Enoch hears what they have to say and basically says I will mention your petition to God and let's see what happens. Enoch is then taken up to heaven, an angel makes him fit to stand in the presence of the Holy, Righteous, and Almighty God by placing a hot burning coal to his lips. God gives him an answer and sends him back to earth to relay his decree. Enoch explains to the Watchers/Son's of God that God has heard their cries and prayers for forgiveness, but yet forgiveness will not be afforded to them. Instead Enoch says they will watch their unholy offspring die before their eyes and then be bound in Tartarus until judgement day.

My uncle had me hunting snipe on his Idaho property every year from the time i was 14 to 29, and i never even got a good look at one! They are very stealthy and sneaky!

What's crazy is they have young ones and kinda calm down when there is children on-site and the one saw this guy get traumatized and he said"enough". It seems like they hate us but know man is more advanced as fat as weapons and military and know when to leave or they would just kill us and they know if they go too far man will come in and finish them off. And they don't ever destroy our means of driving the hell out of there because they want us to go!

I would have enjoyed this much more with fewer or no "F" words. I lost count and stayed with it but the "F" bombs affected my appreciation.

I have seen a big foot in the forest of Washington. I would like to put forth the proposal that we change the name to humongous testicles. If you think its feet are big😮

Bigfoot on Massachusetts? That's funny. Seems like theres too much settlement for cohabitation with people on the landscape

A lot of people think this but they aren’t aware of how wild Western Massachusetts is. It can get crazy out there.

That word you apologized for saying ? That happens to be my favorite word too. It is the best adjective and words are words.
People that make fun of these things we have experienced are cowards. People that can't handle the truth of these beings, will not accept that shattering of a person's whole life, that you spoke of. All of us who have had these experiences know we have been lied to our whole lives. We accept it and they will always avoid the truth at any cost in any way. It is such a sad thing to witness a person do. I am all about the truth, no matter the pain it may bring because in the long run it will insure the highest probability of survival. I'm like the big hairy folks when it comes to their ability to stay still or be sneakily stealthy.
I feel for this gentleman. Much Respect ~Lisa

The town is pronounced (by locals, at least) Severe-ville. The spelling is weird and misleading.

Was the space between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip exaggerated? Thin lips/no lips?
Why would you get flack for that question Jerimiah? Valid question.
I have a new question Jerimiah: to those that have seen them running, they all say the creature covered a lot of ground very quickly. So, were their feet andd legs moving super fast or were they taking giant steps? See what im getting at?

ENOCH - the Scribe and obedient servant of God who the Fallen Angels pleaded with to speak to the Almighty on their behalf and to ask Him to forgive them for their intentional disobedience. But He got REALLY pissed off that they asked a human to PLEAD on their behalf when it should be the other way around.

Also in the Bible Rebecca gave birth to two sons and one was named esau and he was red and hairy all over like a wool garment and looked like an old man or grown man, and Rebecca despised her own son because of it, and it further says he lived in the woods and ate venison
