I always knew things like Geordie Shore were somewhat "fake" but I didn't realise it was THAT scripted. What a shame. Hope things work out for you Sarah.

This video made me feel sick to my stomach how reality tv shows can minipulate people like this, this is honestly heartbreaking and I can't see how this show is still airing! I have so much respect for you and one day you really will make it big ❤️❤️

So much love for you , you're going to be huge, but this time you're going to be huge as your true authentic and amazing self, all that hurt was for a reason. So excited to watch your journey!

You're so well spoken and how you articulate your experiences makes such a impact. I'm so glad you've spoken out and it shows so much strength. I have the upmost respect for you and it's evident which girls especially on that show that are happily being used as puppets and have no self respect. It's sad.

It's not just 'in the 'industry' that it's an issue. It's the whole world. People allow bullying and it's unbelievable. Well done for speaking out Sarah ❤️

This is such a brave video, watching you on Geordie Shore I remember reading tweets about people saying you were being protective over Scott and I do remember actually thinking you looked extremely sad majority of the time you were on camera. You were still one of my favourites as you seemed like a genuine person in there despite everything going on. I hope you're doing better now. ❤️

So much respect, I was totally oblivious & naive to this side of reality TV

As a recovering addict, multiple trauma survivor, who suffers from PTSD and anxiety, thank you for taking a stand against bullying and all the bullshit in the entertainment industry. Much love and respect.

The way you've used your platform to tell your story and inspire others and TEACH others that it's ok to feel how they feel and to teach them that everybody makes mistakes.. you should be so proud of yourself. I'm proud of ya! Takes a lot of courage to do what you've just done, well done ❤️

Thankyou Sarah, you finally have made me feel like I'm not what people say I am, "crazy, depressed freak" thankyou ❤️

You have been a light to so many by speaking out. You were a light to me today. Thank you so much and please keep doing this. It's women like you that inspire me and are going to make changes. Accepting our vulnerability is our strength and our power. Thank you so much

This has literally changed my whole opinion on Geordie shore. To treat someone that's so vulnerable like this is disgusting. Proud of you for speaking out because it must be hard with such a popular show.

Why not retrain as a social worker? You speak well, get your point across and are relatable to the younger generation. You could use your experiences to teach youngsters that being a 'celeb' is not a career path and won't lead to ultimate happiness - doing talks in schools and TV as well as on UA-cam. Young people are growing more depressed due to social media etc. and will listen to someone who has 'been there' just like many drug/alcohol charities are run by ex-addicts.
