It takes time to stretch it. I was the same way but I needed to start eating more to get healthy so for a few weeks I just had to stuff as much food as I could and now I’m able to eat larger portions much easier compared to a few months ago
To not be able to stretch is not a problem, i believe. Your stomach is still in good shape. If it stretches, over years, it could become wrinkly and weak. Eating every 4 hours in small portions like the way you are doing right now seems the best.

They train with low calorie high volume food like cabbage. Grapes would make them gain too much weight which is actually a disadvantage for a competitive eater. Excess adipose tissue around the stomach can actually prevent it from stretching which is why so many of them are very thin individuals.

I just know it gets tougher for your body to digest food as you get older, especially unhealthy food. That's why older people gain weight very easily.
