The Swedish chef bloke is brilliant. These two together are wonderful. They should start a show. The chemistry is wonderful. I loved this show.
Tried the lamb shanks recipe last night - it was absolutely delicious!!! I'll never make them any other way. Just used some warm homemade bread to sop up the gravy but can't wait to try the mustard mashed. Love watching your shows. You are not just a national treasure in the UK, you're an international treasure! We love you in the US too!
I live in Boston and I agree, Mary is an international treasure!!
And Australia. I have many of Mary’s cookbooks, and have learnt so much from her. I’ll be making the lamb shanks tomorrow night. Getting nice and cold here as we head into winter.
@@mariasieders9439 I’ll be right over Maria. Keep a plate, it’s a long trip from Massachusetts to Australia!!🤓
Was a joy to watch, Mary is the queen of the kitchen. Love her cooking !! best from OZ Love the interaction between them, So Cute !!

Love the eggs Benedict, but I've made a thing called miners Benedict, which has a slice of black pudding. Not to everyone's taste, but I love it xx
Please share it, I love black pudding!!
@@tonymurray814 hi there. Just put a slice of black pudding on top of the muffin, under the egg, then make as usual. Enjoy xx

So easy. I made it all last night,......
Would the lamb shanks recipe work in the slow cooker for the same 21/2 hours?
My son wants a bit of lump in his mash. He says that’s how you know it isn’t instant potatoes.
YOU ARE 💃👑🌻🐝🌺💯
What kind of wood that made the charcoal ?
Where is the Swedish chef's restaurant, please? Did I miss it?
The hot charcoal in the cream though 😵💫😵💫😵💫
Doesn't Indian cuisine also feature smoking charcoal in some dishes? It seems unusal, but it probably works well to deliver a deeper, smoky flavour.
Like you I love Mushrooms. Lamb Shanks are always a no1 but unlike you I, along with a lot of people, never use garlic.
So raw egg yolks in the desert 😊
They cook in the oil.
I think the warm sugar syrup melts the choc and cooks the egg in the blender.
Ah! You have mice in your fridge too. I find whenever I do anything with chocolate I get mice in my fridge just the same as you do
I don’t like to sound like a smart Alec, but I think there are some people in Melbourne who might disagree with the statement that “… it doesn’t really matter what kind of mushrooms”
How can she cook with those crippled hands.???
What an awful thing to say!
@@mariasieders9439 it's true.
@@sharonstevenson1770 Perhaps they work just fine.
Because she doesn't give up. I'm 84 and still cook. ALOHA from Hawaii
Time to stop killing the lambs 😢
what about the pigs? In fact neither the lambs nor the pigs know they have a short time before being devoured.
