I cover everything about the Hyundai Elantra on my series here - note that there were at least two hyundai elantras involved - I believe the plates were swapped that night - possibly three elantras - plus there was the black truck ua-cam.com/video/FB32FyUU5bk/v-deo.html&pp=gAQB
Why more than one Elantra? (Sorry, don't know when I'll be able to watch your 1 hour video). And when you say black truck, do you mean the vehicle on Linda Lane at 4:23am? I believe I know where that vehicle ended up later that night.
@@Jeff_H_the_Guitarist I did watch. Not sure what you were trying to say - there were at least two Hyundais so at one time the police see a 2013 white hyundai and at another its a 2015 - I think another time its a white hyundai with a sunroof too - so what does it matter whether or not you can see reflectors at night? What am I missing?
@@michellesollicito I guess we just see it differently. I believe they're watching one car that was hard to determine the exact year. Basically because the way you'd determine the year is by the little red reflectors on the back bumper or the fog lights in the front bumper. When the foglights are on, there's no way you can get a sense of the exact shape of them. All you get is blinding light. But, the little red reflectors can reveal the truth about the year...if you can see them well enough. Clearly you can see that from 2014 forward those little reflectors are further apart on the bumper....thus my little arrows animation. So I'm suggesting they didn't have good enough view of the reflectors to be sure so they went with 11-13. But when they got more images in they were able to see clearly the reflectors were further apart. Thus they expanded the year of the car. Makes no difference to the public and the BOLO. I mean how many during the BOLO even know the visual differences between 11-13 and 14-16? Heck, even today and with die hard Idaho UA-camrs and followers don'e even know. So the BOLO surely got all the tips in that it would have even if it had initially said 11-16. sorry to go on so long. Hope that was clear.
Really good point here ~ while I believe Linda Lane cam can be useful....it is quite edited (which bothers me). And the bulk of it is in colorless infrared (which is near useless for ID-ing anything) But **THIS** makes me think of better quality Dash Cams, CCTV, and high def traffic cam. I wonder if the these rear bottom lights can be used to identify model year in footage from tech like that. Solid point here!!!
@Jeff_H_the_Guitarist Well, the bell tower rings at different times depending on what hour you're watching. And a bunch is literally video feed edited out between 1-2am AS WELL AS between 630-650am. It's just ☆ODD☆ There are also people in the footage who seem blurred out ~ as if someone made an attempt to edit them out (like the Dumpster Cam between 156a-159a)
@helengren9349 Well then ***WHY** don't they comply with Discovery and hand it over. IF THATS TRUE ITS GONNA get thrown out due to Brady Violation! If they are as confident in footage like that as you suggest ~ WHY don't they simply comply with Discovery Law and CRUCIFY BRYAN with it??? Otherwise they are gonna get it sanctioned out of Trial, and potentially let BK walk free. ***WHY RISK*** letting Bryan go like that??
@helengren9349 They better hand that evidence over to the Defense soon then, or it will be sanctioned out of Trial and the Jury won't be able to see it. ☆THAT IS THE STATUTE IN THE LEGISLATOR IN IDAHO☆
There is a BMW X6 that's seen on the lower level of Linda Lane, captured by the 1320 Linda Lane camera but that's at 12:44am. Did a video showing that. ua-cam.com/video/ye4RwQ2c1_4/v-deo.htmlsi=SoxcX31Pupdgl9Pm
The choice you made to come up with this again shows your lack of objectivity and impartiality, looking for the truth is the only right thing to do, whatever the truth may be. Curious if you will remove my comment again
I never remove any comments. Ever. Maybe be sure you have the "Sort By" set to Newest First. How is it impartial to try and figure out how the FBI Vehicle Specialist may have determined the year of the Elantra? If Anne's not smart enough to ask that specific question with her now two opportunities with Payne in hearings, that's not my problem. So in my search to find truth, which is always first with me, I present you this video of an Elantra I saw last night in a parking lot. I wish I had been recording minutes earlier when I was on the road in the lane adjacent another Elantra. As I changed lanes to then be behind said Elantra those little red reflectors lit up like they were lights that had just been turned on. But before my headlights hit them you could harldy see 'em.
@@Jeff_H_the_Guitarist I wonder how clear details are going to be seen from vid' of 1112 cam...🤔 It looks as it is very well lit street, but again, it would depend a lot on the angle of the cam...thanks for informative vid! 🙏
Really? What does it proof Viviana, the public deserve the truth, regardless what the truth is, Jeff and you yourself were never objective ,impartial and critical.
@ it proves that the model years were not easy to distinguish especially at night on cctv. They bolsters the FBI expert’s opinion that it was a 2011-16
If you would have shown a 2014 or 2015 Elantra where the reflectors are more to the sides than below the bumper in the same parking lot, they would have shown up much better because of them being up higher and light reflecting off of them better. I have worked for auto dealerships for over 30 years, including as a warranty administrator for a Hyundai Dealership and an assistant body shop manager. While far from an expert with specialized software, I am very good at identifying a wide range of vehicle make, model, and years. If the expert from the FBI hadn't seen something to indicate to him that it was a 2011-2013, then he would have stated a 2011-2016 from the beginning.
Excellent video my friend.
