You keep saying Dawlad Goboleed , there is no such a thing called regional states or Dawlad Goboleed
What you have is clan states/dawlad beeleedyo not regional states nor national states l,
Where every so called cabinet member and member of parliament represents his or her clan,
and every clan state/dawlad beeleed leader represents the majority clan of the clan state/dawlad beeleed,
not the marginalized clans or .5 in the clan state .
The so called members of parliament elect the highest bidder or the one who fills their pockets for a president,
same way that they have been selected after paying the highest bid to a so called clan elders.
Your government system and constitution is based on clan federalism, 4.5.
The 4 so called major clans have each 66 members of the parliament or representatives,
regardless of the clan’s number, meaning a 4 million clan and a 10 million clan have equal representation.
If .5 clans are less than the 4 clans,
why a 4 million clan is not less than a 10 million clan? and have less parliament members or representatives
Is that fair to the majority clans of the 4?
What would happen if the failed state holds one man one vote? How would it affect the so called 4 clans?
Of course the majority clans will be majority and the minority clans will be minority. And that’s why some of you are against one man one vote .
If your government system is based on clan, why shouldn’t the clans face each other at the ballot boxes.
The fundamental of your constitution is based on clan ideology which has over taken the senses of nationalism.

benefit nomadic tribes who are on the move in search of water?
You call yourself the educated and the intellectual ,and you’re promoting and advocating for clan based federalism, showing your clan and tribe loyalty.
Throwing here and there an english phrase doesn’t mean you’re educated or so called politically savvy,
you’re what you preach and practice, regardless of your academic background.
Don’t disguise and sugarcoat the real names of the clan states/dawlad beeleed, by calling them Puntland, Jubba Land, Southwestern, GMudug, Hiirshabele, Jawhar etc,
call them by their real names, Majeerteenia, Ogaden, Rahanwayn, Habar Gidir,Hawaadle and Abgaal.
What is next?
Each member clan state of the clan based federal government to issue clan identification cards,
so each clan member could use it or show when they need to go or visit other clan state/dawlad beeleed,
even when they are in search of water and grazing land for their livestock.
What is the solution ?
dismantling the clan based federal system or
implement the clan based federalism
