If you want a tear jerker with Chance in the lead check out "I Can't Outrun You", which he also directed brilliantly. Also, "Cover Me up" is him in the lead. His baritone is perfect for Country Music.

I LOVE CHANCE! Everything he does the lead on, I'm in. His voice is so smooth, but so masculine. This suits him, too, since his own wedding isn't far off. I was not familiar with this, so I really enjoyed it. Good review, guys.

Love this cover by Chance and love the original too !! There is another music video "Cover me up" (original) by Jason Isbel, and covered by Home Free in which Chance is the lead and at the end after the music is a nice surprise and it ties into this one. This was Chance's directorial debut for Home Free as well, even though it was released after their cover of Helplessly Hoping. You should also check out their latest its a cover of their own original (believe it or not) and is a collab with the trio Texas Hill, and is beautiful and is a "country blues: song....they started off 2022 with an absolute stunner

Home Free have a song called "Country Fried Pop Medley", and every time I see you pop up, I read "Countrified" as "CountryFried"...!! It's a good one

For the Record = This was started up in THE HINTERLANDS OF NORTHERN USA - Mancato, Minnesota, by College students Chris & Adam RUPP ..... Chris left some 8 years ago now. The Country label is actually a device amplified by the 2013 SING-OFF tv show - which they won. Then they had Two Southerners = Tim Bass, from Texas / Austin High Tenor, Georgia ... their twang and charm did contribute ... later on = 2015 .... Chance (Alabama) replaced Chris as aforementioned ..... and they are KINDA COUNTRY by natural ways now ..... mainly they ARE ABLE TO SING ANYTHING in Harmony just Phenomenal !!! jj

Home Free has another one that's bound to be used at weddings! Written by Tim Foust it's called "What's Left of My Heart" - it's just beautiful and speaks to soo many people for a variety of reasons. For other reasons, Austin Brown wrote a break-up song about a bad break-up "Love Me Like That" - the live videos taken at concerts are heart-breaking. By the way, there are numerous live Home Free videos on the web taken by concert goers (some of the songs are better live than in the videos).
P.S. - You could have one version at the wedding and the other at the reception . . . just sayin' . . .
