Well said SAS 👏

I guess Mike Tyson a convicted and registered sex offender is a better example. Stephen A Smith what you talking about.
💯💯
As he told that presenter “what are you gonna do about it???” Ifykyk….. lol 🥊😎🤣
Gottem!
No one lives a perfect life, but can we get to a point where we celebrate the greatness while also acknowledging that some of the greatest athletes were flawed? OJ Simpson was a great football player and a horrible husband at the same time. As far as I know, he had CTE, and back then they didn't know what CTE was.
This is not to say OJ should not have the worst events of his life highlighted, but he was also a great football player. People can be great at one thing and horrible at everything else.
He just wanna be mad at what white ppl are still mad at..
🗣️OJ NOT GUILTY!!!
Agree with you, Stephen A.
We don’t care Steven A. Rest in peace OJ!! We ❤ you
Why not… he was acquitted.
He killed two people. It's not very complex.
So was king George Zimmerman :)
@@bansnabs5523 that’s why he’s not in jail… thanks captain obvious.

Kobe didn’t actually rape anyone but Oj actually killed those people. Although I don’t mind the not guilty caus the attorneys on the prosecution were trash 🗑️
@@MinnesotaWildFan13 he actually didn't. It was never proven 🤷♂️

A lot of you people don’t know what being acquitted means. Acquitted does not mean the same thing as a not guilty verdict. It just means the prosecutors were terrible at their jobs.
SAS "It ain't for me to judge" yet you go on and do just that for over 14 minutes. 🤣🤣
We CELEBRATING "OJ" over here. Fck what S.A. talking about. He wasn't perfect but he was still ours. One of the greatest RB to ever play in the league 💪🏾✊🏾
Like cam said he not guilty #itiswhatitis
I usually always agree with SAS but I 100% disagree with this take
Innocent until proven guilty! OJ was found NOT GUILTY by a JURY.
I enjoyed watching OJ on It Is What It Is with Cam and Ma$e. OJ is black excellence when it comes to football. He is One of the greatest running backs ever. Nothing can take that away.
It was not a sports segment though, it was about being an excellent person as a whole.
He had a 33 year sentence for burglary, robbery and kidnapping with a weapon - is that a person who shows "excellence"?
“I’m not black, I’m O.J.”
Highly disrespectful, Steven A. Smith, OJ was acquitted of all charges by his peers, the nerve of you with such blasphemous makes you sound like a damn Fool 🤦🏿♂️🤷🏾♂️
He is a damn fool!
@@linzoid1862he is a damn fool!
HE WAS INNOCENT THOUGH 😂
OJ was 100% not guilty! There were so many factors pointing to him not doing it from; 1. The Mezzaluna restaurant being a hangout spot of Nicole's, which was full of mob boss corruption, had several waiters working there who were killed in similar fashion, 2. (which would be the icing on the cake for the case) Nicole’s phone records, that were blocked for obvious reasons, showing Nicole on the phone with her mother during the same time that OJ was on the way to Chicago which means that she was still alive when he left town. That's just two points out of SEVERAL that prove he didn't do it and I haven't even mentioned racist Mark Fuhrman! #Innocent #CaseClosed
Also what about the cop that was planning evidence. That’s proof enough
You are right Steven a Smith we back you up brother.
Guess that's why Fatlock keeps bringing you up. It's never over for him either. Your employer honored him too. Your thoughts?
Man was acquitted by the system u claim works but u act like the man was found guilty in a criminal court it’s sad even when they find u not guilty until proven guilty you’re guilty still
We don’t need someone in the community to accept us for them to be a part of the community. It’s not a matter of if we approve, it’s a matter of they approve of themselves. Him never wanting to claim his blackness in public is self hatred Stephen A. I don’t blame the black human being hating himself, I blame the system that convinced him that’s how to survive.
It’s nothing more than just an acknowledgement of the human in their death. It’s not a ceremony in honor of the person he was.
True. I think it was deplorable for BET to mention OJ Simpson in the same memorium with Willie Mays, Dexter Scott King, and others. That was ridiculous.
You make a great point here Kay! We know what Willie Mays meant to the game of baseball ⚾️. Dexter King, the son of MLK was carrying on his father’s legacy. BET dropped the ball on this one!
This comment section is wild🤦♂️Acquitted doesn't equate to Not Guilty😂🤣
Not guilty.
“I’m not black, I’m O.J.”
Ain't nobody looking forward to no B.E.T. awards since the early 2000's
You told the TRUTH! What has happened to the BET awards show? It is so toxic! It used to be full of class! Men and women dressed up and carried themselves with dignity and ✊ respect! Steven A told his teenage daughter to turn it off because of twerking and someone showing off a certain body part. It is not the same! Your comment was spot on! 👍🏽Take care! 😎
In the words of Chappelle "my blackness will not allow me to comment"
But you did.....
“I’m not black, I’m O.J.”
SAS had no problem defending Rush Limbaugh, who compared black NFL players to Bloods and Crips.
Also ran to the defense of Jerry Jones, who was shown in a photo as a teenager with a group of racist white people
Defended Megyn Kelly who went o. A racist rant regarding Lift Every Voice and Sing
Were you going public & saying this in the media about OJ whenever he was still alive...??? 🤔
Innocent until proven guilty. He was not proven guilty. Get over it.
Convicted of robbery, burglary and armed kidnapping with a 33 year sentence - are we still debating if such a person can be venerated for his "Black excellence"?
SAS when you have your moment again when them folk turn on you and they will. Dont come looking for black people to have your back. Brotha i enjoy your rants and some takes but man you know how you look and what you are doing and its sad. And the clapped for O.J i just dont get your point with this
