I agree with the others that traffic noise is crazy, as long as the driveway was you'd think it was away from the traffic noise..
Gorgeous property but The highway is unfortunate
The Crack in the carport is pretty bad...would need to replace driveway. I grew up around traffic noise and with train tracks at the back of the property, no problem problem.

I love this house. I lived near a freeway once for years and you only hear the freeway certain times of day. You get used to it and it doesn't bother you after a short while. Wish I could buy it.
Squeaking floors...glued and screwed should have been done...imo....lovely home!

There’s a lot of noise coming from the highway and the second thing is that’s a really steep driveway. I can’t even imagine going up there when it’s just a glare ice and the furniture out of the house just so it’s nice but the pieces of furniture that are in there are way too big for the room and it makes the rooms look tiny.
Beautiful but noisy outside. Seems very quiet on the inside though except for the floors squeaking.
Nothing like having a view of the Interstate !

Not just the noise, but emissions from traffic: sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, and deadly carbon monoxide. I’d have the road moved. I wouldn’t tolerate that road. It’s deafening.
Nice little place, having trouble with the "over one-half million dollars" price tag. Say that a coupla times.
After hearing all the truck traffic from the highway, I wouldn't even bother going inside. I've always preferred the country over the city, but that place is way to lose to that highway racket.

Way too close to I-81.
Interstate 81 has the most traffic of any highway in he US.

Unfortunately, property taxes are rising because of the influx of people to the area. Mine rose 25% last year and housing prices doubled

Too high!!! Substandard materials inside and the bathrooms are cheaply built. Bottom floor has less than substandard ceilings. I certainly wouldn't want to mow the grounds. No thanks.

No thank you. If I buy another home, it will be to get as far away from people and noise as possible. Who the heck wants a cabin overlooking what appears to be an interstate? Not me!

This house is convenient to everything, and still experienced that quite living, highway is far, but yes you can hear it, but soon as the door shut it stopped. I lived in neighborhood for 8yrs. Iloved it, extremely close to the Pinnacle. 🩷
