I’m so glad you’re sticking with it! Great video and of course your story too. It shows you are very comfortable in your skin and in life. Very blessed. Love it! ❤
Your story reminded me of one I just heard Mike Rowe tell about how he had to “sell” a pencil with 8 minutes of unscripted “BS” to get a job on QVC. Both were pivotal moments in yours and his lives, I’m sure! 🥰
That is some pretty shirt, Mr. Childers! I loved all the walking around- gives us lots of views. Another great video. Thanks for sharing the story about the class you took. ❤
Oh, those little "blue books!" Ugh! Not to mention the essay grading rubric! Still gives me chills. Knowing what I do now, I would insist on outlawing those evil little books. Thank you, Tim! How fabulous though, that you were comfortable enough to write your way so impressively! It's always fun to listen to fabulous stories. Thank you for another fabulous "writing prompt" this morning!
Tim, I enjoyed this story as I felt like I was walking about the park with you. The story was great! You are gifted…sometimes the most painful moments turn out to be ‘life’ saving moments. 😂 Love how you are an eternal student, as we all should be. ❤
What a great story and it brought back memories for me of writing notes frantically in college and I clearly remember those blue books! It also helped bring back the memory of going through the card catalog to find stacks of books to look through to write pages full of notes to bring back to the dorm to write reports. Kids these days have no idea what we went through lol! I know is supposed to be about the technical aspect, but I get lost in your videos so much that I don’t really notice the things you are talking about which I suppose is your goal when making videos. Your audience is not supposed to notice mistakes or things you would consider to be lower quality, so good job in that respect because I don’t notice things you aren’t crazy about.
THAT was impressive! Did you have a script that you had memorized? I ask because each scene felt as if you were telling us that story in one long take. I really, really liked it - oh, I so enjoy your chuckle when you tell a moment on yourself - so humble and yet so real. My only nit to pick is that I don't know where you were - As I have mentioned several times I am getting to know the area you live in and some day want to visit all of the locations you have shown us.
No script. Just picking up where I left off. I don’t always talk about the place as it is often irrelevant to the content. But this is the same park I’ve been to several times. I think it is called Heritage Park off East Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga.
I always think I’ve watched all of your videos, then one pops up that I haven’t. So glad this was one of those ! What a great story, and your car commentary to wrap it up was funny and very well done. I like people who can laugh at themselves and I’ve seen you do that over the last year, and highlighting your personality with a fun story made for great content and I laughed along with you. I did notice the change under the tree, and was waiting for you to mention that your face was in the shadows of the tree.
What a great story. Glad it worked out for you. It was pretty dark under the tree - very hard to see your face. Lighting is better in the rest of the park video.
In This "particular" Video, I'd "prefer " that you'd be Sitting in "1" Spot. All the Moving Around from One Spot to Another was just Really Distracting. Although you Did Explain Why, that's My Opinion and I'm Stickin" to it. 😀
Good story.😄

My hubby and I shared time with one another again today. Key words included "painful" and "priceless." Your story today? Painful. Priceless. ❤❤

Absolutely loved it.
