Audio Latency Test

The screen will flash white for a short period of time together with a sound, so you can detect if there's a delay between them in your device.

This is almost perfect, but I found that some Bluetooth headphone devices do not deal well with the clicks on a background of silence. It's almost like they idle the connection after a few seconds of silence.
I found that if I also run a low volume level tone at the same time, then the Bluetooth connection stays fully live, and the latency app I found lets me adjust the threshold to only latency check against the clicks.
It would be really useful if that background tone was part of this video. Not all devices will play two sound sources at once into the audio output channel.
