This was clearly filmed before he actually got detained. He’s most likely sitting on a Dubai hotel right now with his every move being monitored and probably isn’t allowed to post on the internet. If he gets convicted it’ll be for a couple months max, pay a big fine, than they would deport neon back to the US and ban him for life for returning to Dubai. Dubai would have to pay to keep neon help up in jail and they don’t wanna pay money to keep outsiders when they can just ship you away. If neon committed a true heinous crime like murder than yea they would keep him. But something like this they ain’t gunna waste their money. I’m pretty positive it is real as it’s a really big offence to impersonate a police officer. Neon also wouldn’t be able to pay the police to stage this as A, Dubai simply doesn’t do that. And B they don’t need neons money. Dubai is extremely wealthy.
