@@originalpadoru Sure they can play Scherzo Tarantelle or whatever other encore, but this is Bach, and to play it well, isn't easier than most things. If we really are going to argue who's better, I'm just going to pull the trap card and mention Heifetz himself.

awesome music, very well played. its a funny thing to hear almost a whole orchestra compiled in one single violine, im sure its hard to play something non-stop like this. thanks for the show
@@darktea3744 well that's not actually the main reason... it all is due to the culture that a society lives with. Asian might be really influenced by European music, therefore they might be better than others at it. Plus the fact that they are really serious people in their way of life and their work.
Are you a musician ? Because if you were you’d know that violinist and violist commonly change the range and position of there bow for a decrease or increase in dynamic and if you actually listen to the piece instead of criticize it you can hear and see that when she gets Louder her bow goes to the middle
Wonderful performance by an amazing young artist. Her comments about "Asians" is prophetic. Soon, probably within a generation or two Muslims will take over Europe and the great concert halls of Sweden, Germany and Spain will be shuttered and closed because "Western music and art offends Muslims." That is (hopefully) less likely to occur in Asian countries, where the great works of Bach will still be heard and performed by amazing artists like her. The worse part of this scenario is that the very "liberals" who now rule Europe have been the leaders who welcomed this transformation and encouraged the destruction of Western art and Music in Europe. sanjosemike
+San Jose Mike wtf, oh god, i always thought Western art would never fade, especialy in Western countries... wow that's a bit of a shock to me... since i've never been outside Asia before. GREAT PERFORMANCE!!!!!!
Most Asian countries have not "welcomed" in tens of thousands of Muslims as immigrants. So Asian culture is still somewhat protected from massive Muslim over-population and the eventual takeover by Shariah Law. Asians have adopted Western classical music with love and truly great classical performers. Maybe classical music will survive in Asia. sanjosemike
Wow. I am amazed a person from San Jose of the culture diverse silicon valley can have a comment like this. Not all Muslims want to take over the world. I suggest you watch BBC's life of Muhammad.
Dustin, you are incredibly naive. You don't understand the history of the 1400 year civil war between Shi'a and Sunni. It makes no difference whether or not ALL Muslims don't wish to take over the World. WWII proved that it only takes a FEW to cause untold destruction. As more and more failed Muslim countries obtain nuclear weapons and the ability to deliver them, there is more likely to be a nuclear exchange. Do you doubt that ISIS would use it if they had it available? BBC's "life of Muhammad" is a puff piece to try to humanize Islam for the masses. It is sheer and utterly useless propaganda. The same producers who made this are staunchly anti- Semitic, as is much of England and their press. sanjosemike

This Bach unaccompanied violin music is in a class of its own.
Yes. Bach's sonatas and partitas for solo violin are unmatched in my opinion. How ever he managed to conceive such musical perfection baffles me.
When playing bach you basically accompany yourself don't you?
Thank god classical music is still thriving
Your tempo is absolutely perfect! I admire your hard work on this piece.
I'm sorry that I am just seeing this now. She played this so well and has such amazing talent for her age!
She is fairly born to play the violin to render us all speechless with her talent.
such a wonderful performance! as much as I love the famous virtuosos' videos of these pieces, it feels refreshing to watch lesser known videos
