Nice step by odisha police, I appreciate it. But i think the fine is too high. They should lower the fine. Also they should check at college areas, that should be great. Cause the college students are more recklessly riding their vehicles. today I saw an accident at infront of nigam health care, a college student riding a scooty and he crashed into a car, the bumper of car was totally damaged & hopefully the boy hadn't any injuries however he survived from that accident but what's about the loss of the car owner? Now Who'll pay for him? Another thing the boy was in a classic trademark design, no helmet, no shoes, no gloves, haven't license, puc,rc etc etc... riding the vehicle like he's a snake. In our word called chapri 😂after all this, he also arguing with the car owner and some people who's there trying to understand what happened. they didn't know how to ride. it's a great step by odisha police.
