Hey Oscar I experimented with that Hawaiian marinade and added just a little bit of it to a chicken mushroom gravy and I liked it. I was using a powdered chicken bouillon to make the gravy and it definitely needed some extra flavor
So, hard/slow pour. It's not just nitro's you should hard pour. There are a lot of beers that actually benefit from a harder pour vs the slow pour. Generally your craft beers like this are good for the slow pour because they are not full of CO2, but some of your more... mainline beers benefit from a harder pour to get the off gasses out of the beer. Which will make the beer not fill you up or feel bloated. So, beers like your standard domestics and your premium domestics benefit from a harder pour. But you don't want to do a nitro style pour with them. Just a standard dump and go, not a soft and slow.
@@sarinhighwind See, if the idiots who regurgitate to always hard pour explain what you mentioned, I would be OK with it. Every video I have seen about that, the idiots say it has to be done on all beers and not just as a suggestion of preference. I have either just drank out of the container which means no pour, or do a slow pour to aerate the beer and have never had any bloating issues. The idiots should also suggest doing the hard pour only if you experience bloating, but I know they won't because they want the drama 😄
