#10 Planting out Grafted Peppers in Recycled Yogurt Pots, Basil, and pricking out Poppies

    Firstly, I turn some old Yogurt pots I have saved into plastic pots for plants. It is so easy to do. Just cut some side holes and leave the plastic in, the water can then leak out. Also you can melt a hole or space in the bottom with a heat cut or soldering iron.
    I also have a Grafted sweet pepper which combines the advantages of a vigorous, hardy rootstock with a heavy-fruiting plant to give you bigger harvests. I also have some standard ones to compare.
    Also, I show how you can prick out some very delicate poppy plants which will grow so much better without the competition.
    Poppies will grow in most soils but for the best results grow in a well-drained soil in full sun. They thrive in alkaline, acid or neutral soil.
    Finally if you want endless Basil the really easy way is to take some from a shop and plant it out very carefully and watch how it grows.
