The bug with trails was already fixed, a bit on an oopsie on my part I forgot to turn them off if you are in the first person. I also redid all weather effects, like the new procedural clouds and added new ones, so look out for those. Btw the color of the exhaust is based on the load the engine is applying. Have fun with the crawlers in the next episode! (Their spawning in old save files should be fixed by now)

most useful aspect of Compact Computer i've found is the steering converter no need to update your seat to lvl5 to change steering angle, unless you want the turning speed controls
10:55 no they didnt I had exact problem you thought you will have. The thing is, you had light on that chest, witch changed its state. This forced probe to count again inventory slots (to uodate), it saw the condition wasnt met and turned off. Its kinda like with pistons in minecraft, blockupdate thing etc. I had similar setup to yours but with logic gate, i suspect an item was transported after logic gate reacted to probe and i had to manually change state of diffrent logic gate for probe to update.
Container probe would be great for a water chest attached to a chest system feeding stations would be able to limit it to just shy of full instead of it overfilling to all the system
I saw new wedges and a new variant of the thin gray pipes when I looked through the parts, and I thought I saw more wood poles (the ones supporting your house) but I haven’t used them much so they might not be new.
you can actually reattach - in a way, if you havent completely detached, so you can use the vacuum detacher to like split your pipe system and switch between junctions and stuff
I haven't seen it myself but I had put the "Safe farming" location idea out there in the steam discussions based on the old glitch of farming in the vanilla traders building I wasn't sure if soil could be placed, it seems it can be placed but now a guard is apparently there to check on you. There's discrepancy about his name, Could be Robert, could be Bobbert Shme I dunno. Lol. @@Liddylicious
the alternator update just seems annoying, it just means i have to move closer to water. thats all, it just serves to limit base location even more. once im close enough to build a water pump attached to my base, then i once again have infinite batteries. so nothing has been balanced. if infinite batteries are so bad for balancing, then what about infinite gas from oil ponds? chemical ponds?
is it posible to import parts from this mod into regular survivor...? I kinda like robots and looting buildings more than driving in a forest and animals... I think they should really try to add all this stuff into Vanila survivor
from what i understand they are working on making it a regular mod as well. Not 100% sure about that though. I would try to ask them on their discord if you want a clearer answer.
Oh, that's true. Do you have any sort of water near you like a little pond or stream? Luckily, I built a water mill so water shouldn't impede me too much
@@LiddyliciousNo, it’s possible that I could take a line of blocks over to the ocean and use the connect tool, but I just moved them to my base at a pond.
@@greybeard5123 but it really forces controllers by a pond as the only viable infinite auto batteries, and since most bases are near water for crops, it doesn’t really stop anyone who has a setup like kAN, only inconvenience them.

@@Liddylicious there is a patch planned for today fixing some of the issues with the update.
Lifts have creative functions. 1. Save bulds 2. Spawn builds (need parts must be inventory) 3. Delete builds/parts (parts goes into inventory.)

I have yet to see how much water it uses but slapping a water tank on your vehicle shouldn't be too bad.
The chevrons on your tires are backwards, doesn't really matter though.
