- So... It was a Sunday afternoon, the sun was beating down and I had a spare few hours to get in a spot of Fishing. With some fresh rolled blacks and some common lug I decide to head to Sandwich Bay and target the Bass. The walk was hard work in the heat and by the time I got to the mark I was flagging! I fished one rod in hope of a few Bass but the fishing was hard. I did manage to get my target species in amongst flying a drone and watching the wildlife fly by. It was an enjoyable day but the heat got the better of me and after only 90mins of fishing I decided a nice cold beer in a beer garden was a better option so I packed up and left.

Another great video, it's not always about the fish we try to catch. The whole experience of going to the out of the way places and the wildlife, not seen by none fisherman. Well done mate.

I remember when I used to fish sandwich bay used to park o on the back road next to the golf course then walked across the golf course to the bay lot's of Whiting
Is that the 12th green? A little further down, between sandwich and deal?

Another good video Greg interesting I’m down Broadstairs from 1st Aug shall be fishing the bay how was the weed situation didn’t seem to trouble you I’ve parked where you was but only walked about 300yds that way the young security guard told me to Go there that was late May
The weed is ok the further away from the North Kent coast you get. You'll still have bad days but those bad days aren't everyday! If you want a session just on Bass I would walk up sandwich bay as far as you can, if you want a mixed session stay infront of where you park. 👍

Getting aram to fish is like getting blood out of a stone!
I love the long range rig for bass. It's the best rig for them. Plenty of bait movement which they love

I keep meaning to get out in the Birchington area and lure fish for bass. The bass fishing early morning is good now if the weed satys away
