Iron Ore Pellets Flying Under CN Train Hit Camera and Knock it Over!!

- Watch a loaded ore train pass over the diamond at Ramshaw, MN from a few different angles, including a rare point of view from underneath the train. The ore pellets are loaded onto the train from Minntac Iron Mine and unloaded onto ships at Two Harbours, MN. The first couple of angles you can see steam coming off of the pellets in the cars. The scene at 02:20 shows the view from under the train. Ore pellets are falling from the cars and flying everywhere as the train picks up speed. Eventually enough of them hit my camera and knock it over!

Thank you! 🙂
Wow so cool I Remember well seeing pre trains like that north of Toronto 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 great video. Be safe . Robin 🇨🇦
Awesome! Thank you and I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Cool! The under the train angle is trippy.. if you look closely, it looks like the track is moving instead of the train! Actually made me lost in my mind for little bit lol.
Thanks! Yeah I thought lets see what this looks like. Glad I tried it. Definitely trippy for sure. And notice how the train keeps gaining speed. 🙂 Dont get hit!! 🙃
By far one of the coolest rail lines out there! Like it's frozen in history! I'd love to get out there one day, but I have a good feeling there will be new faces of the range when I finally get around to it...😕
Gotta get out there soon! 🙂 If you can! It is definitely a haul.
Cool video, it's interesting that in the under train video the entire ballast looks to be covered by pellets.
Thanks 🙂 for sure! There were pellets along the entire way. Weird that they wouldnt vacuum them up. Not sure if a magnet would grab them either. I will report back when I find out. 🙃 Probably not worth it.
strong locomotives
They are very strong for sure. 🙂
