I love watching these videos but I really wish these guys and gals would put the location they are in so I can understand the local flora and fauna a little better
You have no idea what this does for our imagination. The aesthetics are great. They look like hobbit villages! I love the fact that you took a simple thing like bushcraft and made it into an art form. I think most of us would stop after laying down the tree branches for our ceilings and call it done lol. I think that’s what made it unappealing for me (at least) until I stumbled upon your videos. You’ve showed us what is possible with the least amount of tools and ingenuity. Now as a consequence I can only imagine bigger and better things to do. With more people too. I know it’s supposed to be a temporary shelter. Who knows how long these structures will last. But for me i like thinking about the things you can do to expand further. Adding a garden to grow vegetables. Adding more landscaping etc. Or digging deeper for more leg room and expand into tunnels that eventually branches outwards into a tunnel network over time lol. The possibilities! Can always add as much as you want as your creativity allows. I also like how everything acts as camouflage until it starts smoking lol I can only imagine how many of these “houses” you’ve made along the way with each “abandoned” houses acting as pitstops for your many returns.

The area makes me think of the Sound of Music. So lovely and green. I liked the sod house best I think. I wonder if putting moss on your bed to sleep on would be nice, or would creepy crawlies come out to play at night?
Now you've created big holes in the ground where others unsuspecting humans and animals will break ankles and legs from falling into the holes you created 😮
Just one question, All the little pieces of wire you cut off, Do you pick them up?? AWESOME shelters you made. MY GRANDDAUGHTER and I are looking forward to trying some of them out. Thank You Very Much And GOD BLESS Y'ALL

I am too old to travel now so will enjoy seeing the world through these videos.
Buddy you need to learn how to make cordage, also known as rope. Or just use strips of bark and learn how to do a square lashing. You gotta stop bringing wire into the wild to build your shelters
Well I started to watch this.. then you Dug out that big rock. I would like very much to build one of your cool hide outs. I'd have to bring along my Go Go gadget Roto-Roger back pocket Samsonite acme hand clamps 😆
This little shovel brings to mind trouble with camping / military inspired entrenching tool ;Id rather normal full size shovel head in my backpack and use full shovel handle as walking stick or quarter staff made to fit shovel head with installation of a pitt pin 🎉

What is with using wire? I keep seeing it in survival building and it seems they just snip the ends off. Doesn’t that just leave a bunch of wire debris around the site?
That’s the most beautiful spot to build . I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
Thanks a lot

I don't think it's swiss/ Austrian Alps possibly Dalmatian mountain's 🎉
Moss retains water. It would be cold at night. I know it would be softer but who likes to sleep on a wet bed?

Thank you very much. We need to build quickly, but I don't have a lot of time
This man is building in grassy, rocky, mountainous area. Where was the forest located? It certainly was not visible in any of the scenic shots.
thank you very much for your attention there is a forest closer
In the first shelter possibly alpine zone where you found the forest and cut the wood?
Thank you very much it turned out very comfortable

How would the 1st one shown suppose to keep you warm overnight or if you had to survive for a week, how does he lay down and fit in that?
Yes, I can live there for a week without any problems.

In such cases one can live
