Yes, I know that the current line-up of the Hollies only has two original members in it, but I've got to say, Peter Howarth is killing it in this performance! Well done, guys.
Aristocob, great Job!, they still Sounds good!, but miss Calvert and Sylvester, Allan Clarke retired because he has serious vocal illnes in the vocal chords, no problem with the rest of the band.
I still love them! No, it’s not the early Hollies but still very good. I am grateful they are still going strong, selling out venues. Hoping I get to see them soon!
Thank God not... In this case they were mocking. I adore the Hollies. Clarke and Nash are a history in the hall if fame. Tony, Bobby and the rest are still stand up and blazing.
Due in part to ongoing medical problems with his vocal cords, Clarke retired from the music industry in 1999, and was replaced in the band by Carl Wayne, former lead singer of The Move. Wayne died in 2004. The Hollies continue touring and recording today with Peter Howarth as their vocalist.

YES this is the original Hollies. That's Tony Hicks on guitar to the right of the screen, Bobby Elliot on drums and I don't know the lead singer but he replaced Allan when he retired. I think he does a great voice but surely NOT as good as Allan. Great to see this post. - Estos son los 3 cantantes originales del grupo. El cantante mayor, Allan retiro en los 80's cuando le dio problemas en la garganta.
Graham Nash also left the Hollies. Clarke & Nash were the 2 founder members....Perhaps you also think Paul & Ringo could add 2 new guys and tour as The Beatles?
When Allan Clarke retired from the Hollies in 1999, he was replaced by Carl Wayne former lead singer with the Move. Sadly Carl died, and then Peter Howarth (seen here) has been lead singer since 2004.
Actually if you could just have one guy, Tony Hicks was/is the most essential. He's a very good guitarist and sings and writes, arranges. He did it all, unlike Clarke and Nash.
@@DucksDeLucks you might want to look into how the songs for the Clarke/Nash era songs were written. Nash and Clarke wrote the majority of the songs with Hicks adding some stuff when they were in the studio
He was asked to leave in 1971 by the rest of the band. They didn't want Allan Clarke to record a solo album....and be in the Hollies. So he was forced to chose. He chose to leave.
But he returned a short while later and continued with the band until 1999 when he retired due to having problems with his vocal chords and wanting to nurse his wife who had cancer.
Ringo wasn't the "original" drummer with the Beatles. They had a whole selection including Pete Best Stuart Sutcliffe, Chas Newby, Norman Chapman and Tommy Moore, so the Fab Four can't claim to be the original line up either!
I am sorry but that guy is a nut, look at all those people, bought tickets to see the Hollies right??? ok so why does he think he must tell them who they are??? does he think some of the people might now know That they are the Hollies????? weird, sorry It's what I think,.. and he is no Allen Clark and he should not sing he ain't heavy that was Allen song, Made me sad,..
WTF !!! *IAN PARKER* ??? What happened to 'The Air That I Breathe? ' Because of that, fuck-up, I'm thumbs downing this upload. GET IT RIGHT, or DON'T BLOODY ATTEMPT ANY UPLOADING! Grrrrrrrrrr!
Love these guys what a great band
Best group ever.....

All Hollies members are soooo great😊

Great songs from the Hollies! Thanks for sharing!!
Great sound. Nice to hear variations to those songs.
Thank God not... In this case they were mocking. I adore the Hollies. Clarke and Nash are a history in the hall if fame. Tony, Bobby and the rest are still stand up and blazing.
This is a wonderful video...enjoyed it so much.

Allan is back with a new album, Resurgence
@@chrissyholliex3686 .
Don't think anyone can claim to be the Hollies without Allan Clarke on vocals.
aint that the truth ruth
Looking forward to seeing the Hollies here in Melbourne 2019 Feb.

I´ve always had an endless retrocrush with Tony. The most beutiful and damn sexy grandpapi on earth.
Fabulous sound,fabulous concert...!!
Fantastic
First time I could understand the lyrics 😀
I always, at least for decades, thought it was "get it on, get it on!" Today I learned it was "had it all, had it all!" Damn, I could kiss this guy.
I am amused that this singer was like 3 years old when when the Hollies were first formed
A guitarra do Tony fala canta e dansa🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😎♥️🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🇧🇷16 de agosto de 2022
They're playing to huge crowds!
I agree Paul
My favorite is Tony Hicks....oh yeah babee
the lead singer is or was (he's sadly passed away since this was recorded) Carl Wayne ex lead singer with the Move
thank you
No Allan Clark. NOT the Hollies😪
Right! He's no Allan Clarke
Yeeeees!!!!!!
who is this singer ?anyone know ? he is good for sure .
Golden Years
Genios!!!
how many in here are the originals ? thanks for sharing
Neither are originals but were part of the band with the hits.
nice, nicie, nice
WHY does Grahm only return so sporadically ?? The band badly needs him back now more than ever !!!
The Hollies??? Who are these guys?
I FOUND OUT ALLAN CLARKE RETIRED IN 1999 DUE TO HIS THROAT. DONT KNOW WHO NEW LEAD SINGER IS MOST ARE STILL IN GROUP
2011
Peter Howarth is lead singer here in this video.
I thought the lead on this was peter howarth
Great instrumental intro.

Silvia Santillan-Baranek it is Peter Howarth. He used to be Cliff Richard's backing vocalist.
Sadly Carl died, and then Peter Howarth (seen here) has been lead singer since 2004.
who are these people? not the Hollies.
ARE YOU SAYING ALLAN CLARKE LEAD SINGER PASSED AWAY????
he played with them til 2011 ,..
He actually retired from the Hollies at the end of 1999.
Allan Clarke retired because he can’t sing anymore because severe throath illness
Alien is alive this is Fake News
Still here, with a new album Resurgence 😊
Het mooiste van het concert is niet te zien ik was er bij
the two main guys were Clarke and Nash--this is a cover band--while it has two original members--the two were not involved in most of the writing
Ducks is a fucking fooL Hicks was the main man!
Why do bands do this???
Some very Scrappy harmonies on this.
What happened to Alan Clarke the original singer.
He was asked to leave in 1971 by the rest of the band. They didn't want Allan Clarke to record a solo album....and be in the Hollies. So he was forced to chose. He chose to leave.
He retired to look after his wife who had cancer, also he had vocal problems, but is now back with a new album Resurgence 😊
But he returned a short while later and continued with the band until 1999 when he retired due to having problems with his vocal chords and wanting to nurse his wife who had cancer.
To say this IS The Hollies...is no different than to claim that Paul & Ringo could add any other 2 musos, tour now and call themselves The Beatles.
Ringo wasn't the "original" drummer with the Beatles. They had a whole selection including Pete Best Stuart Sutcliffe, Chas Newby, Norman Chapman and Tommy Moore, so the Fab Four can't claim to be the original line up either!

angela Lewis
fuck off then you sick bitch. Alan Clark is old now so accept it. None of us live forever.
@@travis8665 Alien Clarke will live together no fuck you
Ojalá vinieran a México
There is only one Hollie there, Tony Hicks. NOT THE HOLLIES...
I like The original Line Up This Is Not The hollies Sadly.
Bobby Elliott is there too.
Bobby on drums, and Tony are originals.
@@raymaseacat2685 no they are not. Enjoy it for what it is.
no you are not the Hollies.
There is far too much Keyboards all over every song...that smothers the harmonies and loses the 60s sound.
Yeah why the heck is there synth brass
that's not the original lead singer '' maybe few are
Tony Hicks VERY underrated guitarist.....but he and Bobby can't pull this OFF.....Harmonies are WAY OFF the originals........
This show should have had Grahm playin,..
THIS ISNT THE HOLLIES
Right - Allan Clarke retired from singing in 1999
These ARE The Hollies. Clarke was NOT the whole band.
Some of them are. I recognize the drummer, and Tony Hicks on guitar.
Yes it is still the Hollies - the remaining original members are Tony Hicks, guitar, and Bobby Elliott, drums.
Superenlo.
