No. One can not practice both professions together. A person can have an LL.B degree and practice CA or vice versa.
hi, i am student of third year and have switched to atleast 2 careers now dont know what to do i am preparing for du llb 3 year program if i do this degree i will be the first-generation lawyer at my house now i dont know which career to pursue if not this?? btw i am (BCom hons in accounting and finance) student. i am not that much mentally strong that will take a lot of taunts i can manage reading and all.....can you pls guide me what should i do up next? and many of my friends say that there are lot of lawyers and advocates stop wasting time over this???? i am seriously confused what should i pursue next?
Hello. You shouldn't think too much about switching careers. It is just a normal thing. The person should not do that thing in which he or she doesn't have an interest. Otherwise, it will be a life taking deal. Similarly, the same thing will be applicable in a current situation. If you are going to pursue law on the belief that there will be no hardship and you would be able to make lots of money, then it will not gonna help. Therefore, you should think about it once again. If you really have a keen interest in the field of law and are willing to do anything for your passion towards law, then,Outrightly, you should go for it. No matter how many advocates are there in the market and you will be the first generation. What matters is how much you are enthusiastic about law. This thing will keep you going in the field of law. No doubt there will be hardship, and being a first-generation lawyer often becomes a reason for giving up. But you should keep in mind that there are many 1st generation lawyers. Who are doing wonders. So, just think once, and if you find that it is your inner call to join the law, then get ready for roller coaster ride of law as the God has itself chosen you to be part of this Nobel profession.
