Can anybody help me what is the role of the orange part under the operational button? I bought one from Fox Labs, and they are not willing to answer for this question for third etc request. Do I have to remove it or not? I know I have to remove the pin before use, but what is the orange part for?

Hello, the orange tab is there to show the unit has not been fired and is designed to break after first use. The canister is safe to use multiple times after and does not affect performance at all, it is just there to indicate the canister is new.
