I’m so proud of myself! I caught a patient who was suspicious of having narrow angles after I checked out her eyes on the slit lamp before dilating her. Sure enough, the attending ophthalmologist did her gonioscopy and diagnosed her with narrow angles. Unfortunately, the patient did not want to proceed with the LPI procedure.

Even with narrow angles the chances of causing an angle closure upon dilation is close to zero lolz
