About a month ago we released the Siren Head mod beta, and since then we have been working on improving the mod and getting it ready for the full release. Today I am covering some of the changes we have done to the mod (without spoiling too much ofcourse).

The crawling will be for probably
1. Being faster
2. Going underground along with breaking blocks so he can go underground
I think you meant when he goes away he breaks blocks below him

Feature Idea for Siren Head:
Disguise as a street light from Siren Head Stranded. (Don't trust the street lights.)
When you hear bones cracking, it means Siren Head turn into a street light.
He'll turn into a street light about 12 seconds.
Stay still, don't walk, don't run & mining stuff.
If you run or made a loud noise, he'll undisguised, starts chasing you & game over for you.
Structures:
1. Street Lights with power lines & road
2. Abandoned Gas Station
3. Trailer RV Park
Siren Head kill player animation:
Siren Head picks up the player & ate you.
He'll grab you & ground pound you.
Siren Head will made a super loud noise in your headphones.

It’s very easy to avoid him by building up and making a skybase I think to fix this your could make it so he can reach out with his hand and knock the player off or grab them

I think the mod would actually be better with him only stalking you in only say, a 100 block radius, because I personally find, and I think a lot of people would agree, that a lot of the creep factor is hearing him out in the forest somewhere, out of sight, his calls echoing through the woods, especially when it’s just his calls, no footsteps. Him always being on the approach also ruins a bit of the suspense of “when’s he gonna show himself?”, because if he’s always on the approach, then if you hear him, then he’s bound to show up in a few minutes tops. Plus, the rarity of my encounters made each interaction feel more special, would he just walk by my house? Or will he see me and chase me down?

Suggestion: Make He Flee With Hurt Animation When he gets shot with an arrow But when he runs away, he won't go very far, just about 50 blocks, I think it's a little far and he'll come running up the hill towards the player, that's when when the player shoots the arrow he'll run away from the player but that's it. It won't happen all the time, beauty 👍🏼

Kihec I just thought of this but it would be really cool if siren head turns all grass he walks on into dirt forming almost like a trail/mark of some sort showing he was there, but obviously the older the dirt, the more of it will be grass. Also I wasn't sure if this was already added but another cool feature would be that the leaves on trees will get destroyed even if siren head is just stalking not actually attacking because just like with the grass idea I mentioned, it would make it seem a bit more creepy if the trees are half destroyed showing he was there before.

I think it’d be useful if when you get too close itll blare a sound that prevents sprinting so you basically have to dig down or accept your fate and die. Then I’d take siren head as a real threat vs just something to constantly run away from and never have a serious encounter with. Running away is an overpowered counter to the whole mod.
I think it would be cool if you build a skybase above where siren head can reach he could jump up and grab your base and pull himself up onto it and do the grab attack.
Suggestion: make him spawn only on a specific biome so you can add structures and items exclusive to that biome that have do with him, like that new big foot.
Edit: I hadn't finished the video, so I didn't know about the structure, can't wait!
If this does happen, he will 100% spawn in tiagas
@@Rightyyyyyyyyyyy I do think so as well, I just want this to have way more content and by making the added content exclusive to 1 biome it becomes much easier to add said content.

I think this is one of the most thought out horror mods made, right next to Man Bear. Something that creates suspense before the attack. Love it!

Suggestion: Give Siren Head a chance to hide by standing still and ducking inbetween trees if he is within your view.
also i reccomend a feature that u add is when he is in running mode you make all the hostile/passive mobs runs to the opposite direction ( just like in the wither storm mod ).
Hey kihec, your mod’s been doing good and its all great. But there is a bug i want you to fix
So basically when siren head is close, i go and hide somewhere inside of a house or underground. But he somehow still detects me and kills me. So to make it more realistic, your gonna have to remove it. Or maybe keep it but if you do so much noise.

Loved the video @kihec007! Can't wait for the next video man! Glad to hear that Siren Head's going to act like he did back in "Siren Head's Revenge", even the Screenshot was enough to make me remember that game since he'll pick you up and Drop you from his Face!
New Chase theme seems to be a Banger, also can't wait for the Showcase Miniseries man!
There just might be a New Dweller King in Town and you'll need to assemble a Team to track him down. Use Bows with Unbreaking III, Infinity, Flame, Punch II and Power V or Crossbows with Mending, Unbreaking III, Multishot and Quick Charge IV to defend yourselves or Build Yourselves some Aircraft, Helicopters and Vehicles to just Survive against him.

Structures add so much more lore to the mod, and you have a reason to leave your base and roam
I don't know if you can do this, but it would be neat if it could either mimic voices (replay stuff you or your friends have said) with a slight filter on top, and/or use an ai voice that reads your username and puts it into a radio thing for a missing persons case after you look at him for too long.
I really hope one of the structures is a park ranger's tower with lights/radios n stuff like that original game
All I ask is that he remain unpredictable. Like we shouldn’t know for sure what he’ll do under specific circumstances; at best, we’ll just know that for example, if we look at him from a certain distance, one thing might happen, or another different thing, or he might not respond at all; just an example, this could be applied to all of the functionalities he has.

Here’s an idea, although i’m not entirely sure how you can do it.
What if you added some kind of compatability with the voice chat mod? As in Sirenhead can hone into a conversation and record a small group of words that he can MIMIC himself. (Just a feature I thought would be fun for it)

Well i have a solution for that😀
You can make that siren head overtime if he cant reach you or deal damage became more agressive.When he is agressive he is faster and has faster attacks and the new part his sirens become louder and deal damage by its loudness and also break glass
No thats a shit idea. Theres no way to combat that tactic every solution you find for it it will hinder the gameplay of the regular players

an idea that you could add is that when you like look at him for too long you get nausea or your screen goes blurry (since he makes loud noises) but you could also just make the screen get fuzzy like the slenderman screen
I'd like it if he looked at you with one of the sirens pointing at you and that he could turn into a mast so you can see him less well.
This mod is getting terrifying and is still realistic to the concept of siren head, maybe try adding some of the suggestions from the commenters?
I have some suggestions: for one please port the mod to 1.20.1
And, make it so siren head can mimic your friends using the voice chat mod and make it so he can play any music disc or Minecraft track and or ambient sound in the game. Also make it so he’s more aggressive on the hard mode of the game
Also make it so he won’t despawn on peaceful and add more config options
Also make it so it has all the known siren head sounds from all the myths
You should add a chance for him shapeshift into a tree or something when he's near the player and then have him wait until they're nearby to attack.

When you attempt to engage a attack on siren head he has a chance to produce a loud noise which causes damage over time in a area and cause slowness or blindness or nausea

Kihec I have an idea when that stalking animations starts to make the player scared you should make a little child say “mommy I’m scared” or have a voice of a mother say “Britney come here” and when siren head is rlly close to you should make a blood animation like the ears hurt from the loud sirens

Was playing this mod with a friend yesterday on hardcore, I was on a tree a bit too close to siren head (we wanted for him to pay the taxes), i turn around to look at my friend for a second and when i turn back around, the last thing i see is a giant fist about to punch me into the log. 10/10 experience, would like to get bonked by siren head again

I think a neat feture would be a specific noise that plays, that is kinda rare, wherever he is in the world, that either gives the player the nausea effect, or slowly breaks glass, like you can see it slowly being mined as if a player were breaking it with mining fatigue.
Make the noise last anywhere between 2 and 40 seconds, keep it random. If the nausea effect is used, make so that the effect is applied ONLY when the noise is playing. This event could happen when you are looking at him too, just a suggestion.
Another idea is that when the player is within 100 blocks of him, he would get down low to the ground, but not move, and slowly sneak towards the player, and scare the holy Hell out of them when they least expect it.
YET another idea, if the player gets to a point to where he can not damage you via hitting or stomping, it could use the sonic boom attack the warden does, but it is much larger, about 30-40 block range, and causes few blocks around him to fall. This shouls be able to be blocked by the sheild to have some way of defending against the sonic boom.
*I also want to make it clear that he can only do it when in eyesight / range of him.*

Bro you have to add compatibility with the voice chat mod, just like imagine him hearing your friend and then mimicking them, or he could mimic other mobs. Just saying
The main issue I have is that he can kill you through walls, you can dig 5+ blocks down and he can still reach you.
I know he shouldn’t be easy to just avoid but it’s not fun to just be killed out of nowhere while in a bunker because siren head is standing 10 blocks above you.

Is there a way to limit how many spawn at once, bc I was playing a world with the mod and then like 4 spawn at once and can't figure out how to make it to where only one can spawn in the world at a time. I don't know if I'm just stupid or if it is a bug. Much appreciate it, and love the mod so far!

Please fix him being able to kill your through a wall. I'd be in my house like 8 blocks away from the wall and he still kills me through it. Perhaps make it so he can kill you only once he's broken the wall that separates you and him.
