"One drunk man...☝️ Is more intelligent than three women with PHDs" 💥🗿
I know that reference 😂
Thank you so much 💥
WOOOOOOOO
Lmaoo classic
Caseoh trippin
😭 yoo
Let caseoh go home
😂😂
"BUGGED NPC" had me rolling in laughter for 5 minutes from the chat hahahha
I was in a 45mph(70kmh) head-on car collision almost 15 years ago a week before my 24th birthday. I went to pick up food at subway and on my way back home a woman was drinking and driving and swerved into my lane, hitting me head on.
She blew a .38 - For anyone that understands BAC(Blood alcohol calculator) This is beyond any comprehension of "Black out shit-faced drunk" She was in a drunken stupor so bad no one knew how she was even able to get into a vehicle, let alone drive.
The police and EMT's that handled the situation said they didn't even know getting that drunk was fucking possible.
Ever since that happened I've had to live with chronic back pain for the rest of my life... It's been rough but grateful I'm alive and not paralyzed, herniated/bulging disc and sciatic nerve pain is hell though... Thank god for weed 🤣
Don't drink and drive, don't smoke weed and drive etc... It's just stupid. You're in a 3000lb+ machine that can easily travel 80mph... Harming others can not only ruin their lives, but yours too.
I hope the back pain eventually gets better bro
Damn .38 they say .40 is alcohol overdose like deadly overdose. Back pain is awful and never really heals I feel for you dude. Hopefully you at least got some insurance payout from that psycho drunk.
at .24+ is usually blackout territory for normal people ... .38 is WILD ! glad you're okay !
*BAC = Blood alcohol content/concentration :) not calculator hehe
Back pain can definitely get better, keep up with your physiotherapy, you pretty much gotta keep the muscles strong and stretched and just maintain them. I tore my ACL in 2018 and still do physiotherapy cause you lose the strength and balance.
Listen to what stretches your body likes. Stretches should feel GOOD. Drink water. Take care of yourself.
And yeah fuck you if you drink and drive. My cousin suffered severe brain damage before dying because someone thought they were good to drive. CALL AN UBER, ITS NOT WORTH IT. Thanks for sharing.
That's rough but weed and alcohol aren't comparable behind the wheel..
Drunk and high from weed are completely different... Weed guy would have pulled over but alcohol makes you feel invincible and bad ideas suddenly become not so bad...
In Poland my man would be o7 str8 up. DUI - 6 months up to 2 years prison. Possession of THC 6 months - up to 3 years. Possession of firearm 6 months - up to 8 years.
in my country the weed charge alone is 20 years lmao
Yeah, for me watching some of those vids from KKona land look like they live life on easy mode and they still somehow find ways to fk it up.
@@mahino420that’s criminal
how fucked would I be if I brought the wock to Poland?
where's that?@@mahino420
Lawyers and x in chat when a person is aware of his rights = the person is trolling, stalling and stupid. This is exactly how you should behave no matter if you are innocent or quilty, leave it to the courts and evidence.
yeah you should lie about if you have a gun and where, great advice
@@Hietakissa lmfao, if thats what you got from what this dude said then you are absolutely brain dead.
@@Hietakissa You don't legally have to declare that you are carrying a firearm in the states, 2nd amendment. But yeah if you want to self-incriminate yourself that's fine. Whilst declaring that you're carrying might be a good gesture, it has lead to some mixed results.
Duty to inform laws apply in 31 of the 50 states (aka the majority). stop spewing disinformation. you're just as bad as the chat lawyers you're criticizing, good job... @@no1noone34

He was drunk and still drives better than most people on the roads.
Speeding away from police down densely populated areas = good driving
@@Shellackle He didnt crash did he
@@LoliPolice-bf7mw nice hasty generalization fallacy
@@Shellackle That is not even what generalization fallacy means... I was just stating a fact; he drives better than most other idiots on the road. Have you ever drove a vehicle before? Then you would know what I mean.
Also, speeding away from police down a densely populated area without crashing = good driving. That is correct. What would be bad driving is speeding away from cops, destroying his vehicle, and hitting a pedestrian. That is bad driving.
Dude thats CaseOh
"Just going home".
Malfunctions are usually related to the other equipment in the police vehicle.
Once they have their lisence plate theres no point in risking anyones life more than necessary. Def the rught call to call it off, they pretty much guaranteed know where he lives.
YEAH DEF CANT BE A STOLEN VEHICLE LOL
@@brandonbjoern9390 possibly, not worth someone's life.

what a good video, thanks editor

whole PD
god made weed and weed don't bleed.
Wtf W
Based and real
when i was a kid i thought weed was bad but as a enjoyer of it for a couple years now, i believe that it being illegal in certain parts has caused more harm than good. I literally am more provocative when experiencing sober withdrawls of lacking weed than when i actually smkoke it, which makes me calm. Only time it could be bad is if ur driving and tripping but that requires a lack of tolerance or a looot ingested but you'd probably be hotboxxed and passed out before u got on the road

9:22 3, 2, 1 Team 💀
Pretty annoyed that they searched his entire vehicle for a gun that he couldnt get access to (he was handcuffed in their cruiser) and found drugs they shouldnt have even been looking for. Then they take him to the station and have him do field tests instead of the machine inside every police station which is far more accurate.
Looks like Tristan Jass.
why do i feel like xqc has already reacted to this, wtf
John from Tennessee MonkaS
John pork?
Chat always making fun of lightweights like it isn't an advantage lmao if you can get drunk on 2 small drinks then good for you it'll be cheaper

i swear they measure it differently in the US. here its 0.5 legal limit and for some thats just over 1 beer and others need more. to me hearing 0.19 seems like half a beer idk how they measure it but its weird
Move the decimal one spot. The 0.19 here would be a 1.9 the way you record it.
People always fail to take personal tolerance into account when talking about breathalyzer results. Granted it IS a fairly abstract concept, that can't really be quantified in the same way blood alcohol content can. But the driver clearly has one hell of a tolerance, based not only on his ability to drive his vehicle at ALL, but then to successfully evade the cops.

That walking test was so unfair. There is a drain in the middle of the parking lot, meaing the lot has an angle (crown) in the middle of the lot. He kept falling to that same side (as the drain) as well.
