Most people can't deal with the day-to-day, week-to-week instability that poker can bring. They can't handle that kind of uncertainty, and quite frankly most people lack the patience, discipline and emotional self-control that it takes to do this full time.

Playing poker full time is insanely difficult and requires levels of patience and discipline that most people are nowhere near having. The price you pay for freedom is very high but worth if you're strong enough to handle it.

I agree 100% with your opinion on the difference between ordinary jobs and poker. I was an employee for 10 years until 1 year ago and decided to tun poker pro because I wasn't happy with the toxic environments of that world (and even though my career was promising). I was already sure that it would have been 100 times more difficult than what I have done in the last 10 years (especially from a financial point of view... easy and safe money at the end of the month no matter what) but I have no regrets... now "I don't work anymore" because I do what I love and am passionate about...

I can't even think of a comparison to it, but I will say I think working consistently long, physically taxing hours in different weather or site conditions definitely sucks in its own special way 😁

What kinda advice is that anyway? Sometimes passive lines are the best lines. Odd thing to say.
