    I am quite impressed by this inspirational video.
    Kino has such a serene concentration.
    She gives us a beautiful demonstration of how far we can progress in developing our talents by regular practice, practice and more regular practice.
    She makes the asanas look very easy, but these are advanced asanas and I know by my personal experience thas these asanas are not easy at all.
    Thank you for posting this video.
    This is pure quality.

    Well, i know one secret of Yoga, would like to share.
    If u pick up any asana and be in it for 3 hours contineousely; u will feel amazing peace and u get holly powers with gradual practice! I do sarwangasana and can do now for 15 minutes. Feels great, try it out.
