This is so sad for so many reasons. This looks like a young girl acting out, too bad she doesn’t have a baby sibling brother or sister to help take care of or a job babysitting. At age 13 I had a job that paid $25 per week taking care of 3 very bratty kids who were being raised by their single mom whose dad ran out on them. They lived in abject poverty and they had no discipline and of course they didn’t listen to me a 13 year old who was very mature and responsible.
