- She's here!! This amazing baby is the Maizie sculpt by Andrea Arcello. I bought her secondhand from a wonderful friend on Doll-Fan. Her artist is Maira Silukova. Enjoy her box opening! She's just gorgeous. :)

Omg! This must be one of the best Maizie babies EVER!!! Her hair is FABULOUS!!!! Huge congratulations sweetie ❤️❤️🤗🤗❤️❤️!!!! I love how age appropriate she looks. Very babyish and sweet. I do not like this sculpt looking like an old lady. Your version is ADORABLE! Awww! Precious!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love her smiling face I mean really really. She just makes my heart pinch. I’ve never seen these before. Are they expensive? Can you pay in instalments and when paid, then get the doll? I’m disabled and can’t work anymore so I struggle money wise. I’m isolated and spend so much time alone now. What a joy it would be to cuddle a baby girl again. Xxx

The dolls are lovely, I'm glad these ladies who buy them and are happy with them they are a good substitute for a real baby it made me sad though so sorry for them not having real babies godbless them xxx
Hi Mary, the dolls certainly are lovely works of art. I have always been a doll collector my entire life and have two children of my own. Some collectors have suffered loss of a child, but I think that most of us collectors just love dolls and appreciate these lifelike works of art. I do feel for those who have experienced that type of loss... there is nothing more heartbreaking. xoxo

Congrats on your Maizie! I love this sculpt. So smiley and lots of personality. Her hair is rooted very nicely. Depending on the clothing brand, Maizie can wear larger 0-3 month clothes, but I buy mostly 3-6 months for mine. I guess it depends on the body they're on, as everyone seems to have quite different bodies for this sculpt. I hope you enjoy your big chubby baby girl. 💖

Welcome to the hobby! I would recommend joining silicone doll groups on Facebook and also joining www.doll-fan.com ($20 a year membership fee) where you can post, interact in discussions, and ask questions. UA-cam is a great place to learn and research as well.
