It would be interesting to see the load and fire sequence where a musket ball is included in the paper cartridge, to see if there is any difference with ramming the paper wrapped ball down the barrel.
We aren't aware of British units in the Netherlands from our time period, however I am sure you could find some from the Napoleonic era! Hope this helps!
That is an alarmingly STOUT load! 160g for the MAIN charge??? Holy crap!! Is that the period load?? If so that is ridiculously heavy for a cartridge! Those must have bucked HARD, also I can only imagine the unburnt powder thrown out the muzzle.

The 10th Regiment is based out of New England however there are other groups based across the US and abroad as well! What country are you from?

Great question! The original 10th Regiment was raised in 1685, the recreated 10th Regiment was formed in 1968!
