Couple of years back he had best n well proportion arms n overall physic now his shoulders are too much compared to Bi-tri, thighs -hamstring not proportional. Before He used to look fresh everytime. Now he is overworked.

Everyone like to be coached differently. Andrew has a military background. Psycho is like his drill Sergeant. I had a wrestling coach just like him. He was nice but when it came to practice, it was all work, no games. And I had more respect for him
