Seeing how they’re seemingly not all left-handed, it’s hard to suspend my disbelief.
I am left handed and I play guitar as if I were right-handed because when playing classic guitar, it is more useful to have the "more precise" hand on the frets. And since learning to play in two different ways is not a sane idea, I play everything with the guitar neck in my left hand even though I am left handed. So, judging about handedness (is that a word?) from the way one holds a guitar is not sure.

Saw these guys in concert in Denver, and got to meet them after the show. They're some of the nicest folks I've ever met. Everyone is super friendly, really are passionate about music, and they totally embrace the fact that they're living memes. Surprisingly enough, Bled Ned (the drummer) was all smiles after the show. Great band, great idea, and honestly, great music too.

also the ned flanders metal aesthetic is super witty and i love it. it's an interesting world we live in
aaaaarrrrrggggghhhh the songs are often based off episodes. In this episode bart, homer, flanders, and the twins were stuck in a raft at sea. Homer was trying to fish with a cheese doodle chip, to which flanders said "Godspeed little doodle".
That's why they're "done for." So, it makes sense being dramatic and slow at first.

Stopping by in 2024 because every so often I find myself singing, Godspeed little doodle when I’ve given up my last hope.
Saw these guys live with Mac Sabbath. Just awesome. They opened and blew me away.
Had the luxury of seeing these great gentlemen when they last toured the UK, if they ever play near you just go!!! they sound massive live!!! they put on a fantastic show and were great to hang with after as well.
Ya know, after singing Que Sera Sera on a hilltop, Ned's musical career has really taken shape

Dude's name is Tim. My old band played some shows with his band before Okilly Dokilly started. The singer was in that band too. Super nice people.

I love that he makes a 4 piece kit work for heavier music like this. Not a lot of drummers nowadays are creative enough to do that.

mopododo I've just figured that, because i will die one day, I should just try my best to enjoy the life I'm currently living. Nothing in life is objectively good or bad, and so I feel like I can only have a 'bad day' if I allow it to be one. I remind myself I'm going to die some day when I stress over unimportant things, to remind myself that my failings don't matter in the end. I also use death to motivate myself, because time is limited and I should have as much fun on this planet as I can before I croak. I used to be suicidal, and now I tell myself that suicide is just being impatient. I could die walking across the street. I could die from a serious illness (or a not so serious one). I love being alive because it'd be a waste not to. Also because of this band.

I have to give props to Head Ned's vocals, usually it's the vocalist who sounds the most different between the studio and the stage, but this recording sounds almost identical to the studio! Great job, guys!

People should stop complaining about the guitar player.
The reason why it doesn't sound good is that he's actually left-handed but nevertheless plays a guitar for right-handed people.
That sounds pretty stupid, considering the theme of the band.. I would have thought that even though they have right handed guitar players in their band, that they would play left handed guitars to follow the theme of the band.
The playing is fine for a real punk style honestly. It's the dog shit guitar sound I have a problem with and I am by no means a tone snob guitarist. Far from it. There's about three times the amount of gain necessary here. Even Dimebag would've told this dude to back it down.
I'm a lefty and play guitar 'right handed'. it makes more sense to have the stronger hand do the fretwork than strumming
