@@aurorashelters Was wondering if you end up creating & using wooden peg nails for shelter builds instead of cordage & what might work better for stability & Structural integrity? No one has yet to make a "cordage VS wooden peg" shelter builds in any channel I know of & hey, might be an idea for a future video?
Good video, I focused on the video and everything is so calm, They know what they are doing and they do it with that tranquility that makes it look easy, I liked the video, Natural music, Great video💕
Watched a guy dig a pit in deep snow around a large pine. The lower branches touched the snow. He cut more green boughs and wove them into those lower limbs. Built himself a small fire and stayed warm all night.
Let's see where the IRL wintertodt goes. First time I've seen you IRL, I'll live in nordic country too so it is interesting to see how to shelter in snow.
Hardy snow faring ( very surprised to see) artic insect @ 4:27. Looks like one of those "Water Skimmers" you might see on a pond or a lake, ( maybe a slow moving river?) minus the water & minus the thing swimming
Depending on the quality/type of snow it might be either easier or harder to walk in snowshoes. In this video the snow was not too deep and trying the resistance in the snow we decided not to bring snowshoes :) thank you for watching!
Big logs mean long burning fires. It's a pain to have to add wood every 30 to 60 minutes. Who sleeps? Bring a Silky saw, cut up a couple of 6" to 8" logs and try to build a Siberian fire. You actually might get some sleep. Winter camping is all about calories and a big fire.
It’s chill video but I was hoping it was more like survivor man or man vs wild catch your own food it’s more exciting that way brings in the audience all in all I love the content burning wood sound. Down in the future love to see you 2 hunt for your own meals.
Ok, 24:46 everyone is back together again! I was really starting to wonder about the 3rd person. I'm also a bit surprised with the cooking done, it seemed it was only for 1 yet there was supposed to be 3 of you? I can only imagine 1- off camera cooking & eating by the other 2 or maybe somebody was vegan & didn't want the meat but made something else off camera? It is a bit weird because you see a lot of teamwork between the 3 of you up until you don't, like the cooking only to serve 1 person?
At least one of you should carry a Silkie saw! You can collect a great deal more firewood, in considerably less time, than possible using an axe or hatchet. There are also some hand chainsaws that will cut through a six inch tree in less than ten seconds. You did not have one of them. If you're going to risk your life, don't do it with inferior equipment!!
Why does survivalist never use blue torch lighter instead they prefer the old flint hahaha 😆 😂 🤣 whenever I'm out in the woods I always carry two blue torch lighters four inches of gas lighter liquid. Enough to torch an 8 by 8 log lol
But bringing Renskav and Oxpytt is realistic? They are making a video about making a shelter and relaxing in the wild, not about surviving a disaster. Try to relax and enjoy.
Your kidding right? Let's look at this, a tiny shovel, but a huge heavy skillet not to mention that huge spatula, but then that rope survival saw, it seems that they aught to review the needed supplies.
@@stokigt9566 Firstly the video has no bearing on the facts, in the title was the statement "no sleeping bag" that in itself says that they have done some serious outdoor camping and were going to test their limits, if that was the case, what they carried for utensils should have shown that they are not newbies. I don't know if you have watched "Lost Lakes" or a few others I could mention but there is a huge difference in equipment and skills.
Dont forget to like the video and hit that sub button if you would like to see more videos like this ❤
We don't want to - you little cunts....
I like the way the fire is made
These videos never are boring. It would be great to have subtitles describing your work.
wow amazing shelter survival natural
Well done 👍🏻
A lot of big pine trees for being above the arctic circle 🧐
Relaxing video I appreciate the beautiful wilderness
More power too ya. Too dang cold and too much work for me. Great content! Very peaceful watching the fire start roaring.
Glad I found your channel. Very informative and relaxing. I subscribed.
awesome vid, love these type of survival vids from scratch where u harvest the materials, start the fires, and show the whole process on camera❤
Congratulations you won 50m!
@@aurorashelters ahh no way that’s awesome! how can i claim 😁

Was also curious, why no cargo sled for the gear & / or snow shoes??

Nice new content guys! Hope to see more of it, keep it up! Indeed IRL Wintertodt, would be cool to see other skills ;).
oh I really liked the video I hope they make more videos like this I like it and I subscribed
watched the video, and i thought that I need to try it too. looks so much fun, ant mental healthy! great job guys!

You guys are super humans
Lol you guys are nuts!🤣
Great video bro 👍
Reminds me of camping when I was younger! Been a long time now. Good luck with the new channel :)
Very sick vid, looking forward to watching some ice fishing videos

love stuff like that, relaxing to watch❤

lol all my life i thought spiders were warm blooded and therefore not in the cold. They have taught me something new
Inside the Arctic circle, why no snowshoes? That looks like so much extra work walking through deep snow like that.
Depending on the quality/type of snow it might be either easier or harder to walk in snowshoes. In this video the snow was not too deep and trying the resistance in the snow we decided not to bring snowshoes :) thank you for watching!
IRL Wintertodt!
As others have said it'll be cool to see you catch and cook food too. But wow I'd love to see snow like this one day
Good video, nice showing how you guys built the shelter and making of fire and stuff, great potential
Preparing us for Wintertodt 😋 nice video!
I never saw limbs or poles, I put them over the fire and burn them in half. Saves a lot of time and work.

Great winter camping....
The title of this video should be '3 Ninjas minus 1'
That’s nuts!
That’s so much snow! I can’t believe it lol
Great vid bro, love to be in nature tho!
such a goated video :D
Was the fire able to warm up your shelter while you slept?
Yeah the fire drew out most of the cold air from the shelter, had to put more wood on about once every 60 minutes though
Solid video, but by my opinion, some explanations about what you guys are gonna do/up to woukd totally finish it!
Very few places on earth that have that big of trees north of the Circle!!!! Why the face covers? It wasnt that cold?
100% Finland :D these guys didnt even sleep in there.. xD

When TISM goes camping, lol if you are Australian
I'm wondering why you don't use saws for wood cutting

Nice!! How do you find time to farm pk clips, edit and still go outside? damnn
Mans 99 irl! Like the effort tho!
Great video.. but Make sure you plant back. chopping live trees for the videos isn't good. Nature needs to survive too.
❤❤❤🎉🎉😊
Where did that 3rd person go that was with y'all
I felt a bit bad for the person in the middle where, @ the beginning, they seemed to be struggling a lot more to be sure footed.
@ 16:17, what happened to the 3rd person who was with you all in the beginning??
Hey..just found your channel
Yo, what's that sharpening stone?
It's called "Diamond Whetstone" from a company called "Fällkniven" :)
A folding saw would help you out a lot more than that axe
Trees grow that tall above the arctic circle….hmmmmm
Ok, 24:46 everyone is back together again! I was really starting to wonder about the 3rd person.

Why would you pack a flat skillet when camping? Seems too heavy and too restrictive for the conditions. you cannot boil water in it.,
All well and good you are a group of people, have tools, and food. As well as an abundance of trees. .. how would you fare alone with no tools, food.?

Bro i really want to do something like that, survive in a place like that, i think there is very cold right?
Snow Shoes?
Be funny if there was a bear hibernating in a hole 6ft away from where you were building, you wouldn't know with snow everywhere.
I survived cuz i got $.
X 3 ruck Sacks wegh at least 30 lbs. Nice axe and knife. Let us see a survival vid on a budget😅
No snow shoes?
Snow shoes?
Why does survivalist never use blue torch lighter instead they prefer the old flint hahaha 😆 😂 🤣 whenever I'm out in the woods I always carry two blue torch lighters four inches of gas lighter liquid. Enough to torch an 8 by 8 log lol
It's highly unlikely this video was made above the arctic circle
What is the point if your adventure could possibly cost your life ?? camping like this is so dangerous.
Nice video but why did you cut the trees for one video? Please don’t cut them. Respect to be nature!
Why no sleeping ba?. I mean you're carrying that big bag.
Yine bir çekiliş açıklandı yine çıkmadı Allah'ım yaaa 🥺🥺🥺🥺
No sleeping bag? I'd didn't show you sleeping at all?

always sick to see people touch grass or snow in this case
No talking, eh haha
Nice video but y'all lost one person there was 3 the went to 2 and why didn't you cook enough for 2 instead of 1
Actually thinking that I would learn something. Looks like they shopped at Walmart and for three guys that can't even build a proper shelter
A survival shelter without a sleeping bag but they brought along sleeping pads.
.helll yeah about as realistic as a survival scenario could ever be..
But bringing Renskav and Oxpytt is realistic? They are making a video about making a shelter and relaxing in the wild, not about surviving a disaster. Try to relax and enjoy.
@Anders Jonsson read the title...
Says SURVIVAL shelter..not The Three Stooges cutting down live trees to make a hut for a utube video
SAY SOMETHING!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Your kidding right? Let's look at this, a tiny shovel, but a huge heavy skillet not to mention that huge spatula, but then that rope survival saw, it seems that they aught to review the needed supplies.
