A little of both. After finding the voice sample I wanted, I played around in eleven labs with the settings as well as the grammar and punctuation to get the cadence I liked.
Yes, I use eleven labs voice cloning. For the writing I write a basic idea of what I want to cover and possible write a few jokes before had but about half of all the dialogue is improv while I re-watch the gameplay
