Greased the axles and trans, both were dry. Developed a tick after install of Holmes Hobby Crawlmaster. It was the dog bone that goes from the motor to the trans. Notched it a little deeper on the motor side and it is all good. Stock tires but I star cut the foams, made a big difference. Not as good as my TRX4 Sport or the SCX10iii but pretty good and getting better. Servo swap was a big upgrade to. Just need some decent shocks now.
Unfortunately those tir3s from what I've seen don't do well. It's the depth and spacing of the lugs. When the tire breaks traction it hops up, breaks connection and then slides Tires with lower closer lugs seem to only slip when they break connection not hop that allows them to seem to quickly re adapt. If you like the loo of the baja x Get the j concepts tusks in 4.75 they just were added back to their website. If you watch crawler canyon or exocaged these tires are sworn on by many. Same look as the bajo pro x. Softer compound. Better foam. Lower lugs that should help with some of the issues your having today. Happy crawling! Nice video my dude Also cold weather will affect rubber hooking up.
That definitely makes sense! My proline Trenchers just slip and don’t make the rig slip vs bounce. I’ll have to try these when it warms up… if it ever does haha. Thank you for the info!
Nice..., if you set the PWR term on the ESC to max, than you will hear nothing. Normally, I don`t like this 50s look of a rig, but getting used to it. For this price...

Yeah my axles were done dry as well! I’ll double check the dog bone, thanks for the info!
I’m thinking I might grab one of these down the road. People are already getting creative with these.
