- Starting this spring season off with my first stockpile yard sale of 2023.
I was invited to a nearby city that does a town wide yard sale and I’m going to sell my couponing stockpile. I participated in this sale last year and it was fantastic.
I love couponing and because of my love of couponing I have a very large stockpile. I love to be able to do a couple yard sales each year to sell my excess stock and give the community a great deal.
Drugstore couponing is so fantastic and allows me to build quite a large stockpile. Walgreens couponing, CVS couponing and Rite Aid couponing are my favorites.
I’d love to hear if you are planning on doing a stockpile sale this year ❤️

Congrats on such a successful yard sale!!!! I had my first stockpile sale of 2023 in February. I just did it on Saturday for only 3 hours because it started raining but I made $900. I was ecstatic. My prices are 50% of Walmarts prices and what doesn't sell goes to the women's shelter. ( I usually have to coupon laundry detergent for a few weeks before donating because I always sell out of it and I don't want to leave the ladies without).
Hello! I am brand new, just came across this video/channel and I am excited to watch!
Congratulations on the sale, $1,355 is not to shabby!! I do know it is a lot of work, I had one last month for two days at my house and made $1,720, I was so happy! I tell people these are my lowest prices which are 50% to 70% off of Walmart prices.
My subdivision had a community sale this past Saturday. I only did 4 hours, mine was small but mighty! Made $400! A lot of people in my area buy a whole bunch and send it to their families in Mexico. 😊 I always price at least 50% off what it’s selling at the stores.
Megan that is fantastic 👏👏👏 pretty darn great for 4 hours! Congratulations ❤️
Thank you !! I love you video !!!
Great affordable Prices!!!❤
That was great income!!! I love doing the yard sales!! It’s like Christmas morning or Black Friday shopping excitement for me! And we all know Black Friday sales are terrible now! My town had a community yard sale and I started at 6am and packed up by 1:30pm. I made $1,127 I was so excited! Like you my prices are very very similar! I sold a ton of body wash, laundry, and make-up. I did prices my higher priced makeup for $2 and it went great!! I made a huge dent in my stockpile! I’m super excited to have cleared out and ready to restart couponing soon! I had no room for anything else!
Oh that’s incredible Jennifer ❤️❤️
That’s all priced great! I’d certainly buy the hair skin n nails for $2 ea. that’s a great deal even for this Couponer!
You are definitely right when you say you learn something new with each sale. I've learned that we don't need to put our canopy up in the spring, as long as we are set up by 8am. Most of the money made is between 8 am to10 am on Saturday. In my area that is the busiest time. This time we put everything up by 12pm. I bought the pricing device Shop with Sara had, game changer! (my hubby handles most of the money). I learned from Michelle, my own Identity, to put a rubber band around shampoo and conditioner sets. I have used this tip the longest! It helps me not end up with random mismatched bottles that will take longer to sell alone. I also offer people, especially women, the square plastic baskets that you can get at dollar tree for a "shopping basket". I keep several of those under the table. I came across this idea from a lady that dumped what I had in one of those baskets on the table and used it as a shopping basket. Instead of getting mad, which I did for a second, but realized what a brilliant idea that was. I had ten of them that were just sitting in the garage collecting dust, and now a perfect use for them. This past sale I had two people strongly persisting that I take cash app or Zelle. I take cash only. If you only take cash, and that's what you feel the most comfortable with, Don't let people try to berate you for not taking digital payments. First lady told me I need to come into this century and take digital payments, that I would sell more if I took digital payments. She was already rubbing me the wrong way with what she said, but her tone was uncalled for. I took a moment to collect myself. Prayed to Jesus not to let foul language spew out of my mouth, and told her politely That no I only take cash and have never had a problem with people not bringing cash to a yard sale. Told her if she didn't have enough cash that there was a major bank around the corner. The second lady, I guess thought I was stupid or something. She asked if I took Zelle I say no, I take cash. She hands me her phone and tells me to put in my name and number. I shove the phone back and tell her I don't take Zelle and if she didn't have cash then she needed to get of my property. She finally tells me she'll be back can I hold her stuff. I told her no. She did come back with cash. But since she was such a turd, I did sell half of her stuff! Honestly most people were happy with the prices and asked when the next was.
I wish I lived closer to you... I would be attending your sales..
❤️❤️❤️
That's so kind of you to sell these items for so cheap. I've seen people do couponing then sell the items to people very close to the regular price, which is so sad. So I am happy you are so kind to your community.
❤️❤️❤️
Hi Jodi, awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks I really enjoy watching your yard sale videos😅❤❤😊
Wow! I bet if you had been there on Friday you would have broken $3000. Next year! But the trip was worth it!!
Thank you so much. It was very helpful. We have so many couponers here in lower Texas and their prices are much higher than yours because that is their only means of income. I just want to eliminate some of my merchandise.
Love all your reels and your humor. Again, thank you for all the info you provide.
So glad this helped ❤️ I think your cost of living is higher than mine as well so it would make sense if prices were higher in your area. Yes I do the same thing! I just want to move the products out and if you are able to price lower than most sellers hopefully your products will go quick 🤞 good luck on your sale
Awesome prices. There are alot of things I would buy because of the awesome prices but I am in Texas. Good luck on the rest of your haul.
20:13 Made $530 my first yard sale in April, 2nd yard sale in may made $600. Doing my 3rd sale this Saturday
I’m in NJ and my prices are way higher than yours, I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years and so far, I’ve only had one person telling me my prices were high and they’d would rather shop at waltmart, I told her ok, next week she was first in line and bought a lot of merchandise from me. 😂
Thanks for sharing your sales! ✌🏼
Yes your cost of living is a lot higher there than here so your prices should be higher than mine ❤️
I love the coupon video too
Hello from west virginia
U are awesome thanks for the video
Congratulations
❤️❤️
Amazing
🤗🤗
That's awesome👏
Hiiiii I’m new!I live your positive energy and I will definitely be watching you.
Thank you so much ❤️
Hey hey thanks 🙏
❤️❤️❤️
I had a stock pile sale and made 400 but last year i made a 1000 but it included the sale of a lot of clothes. Did that sale at my friends. This one at my house i think the people were a little more stingy for lack of a better word. Im glad to see your pricing was similar to mine so im not too expensive. I did have quite a few peopke who haggled. It was a little annoying considering how cheap the stuff was especially when i just 1st opened!
Yvonne yes it can definitely get annoying when several people haggle 🤦♀️
The more you do, the more regulars you’ll get and hopefully less asking for a deal when you are already giving a deal. Hugs 🤗🤗
That’s awesome 🎉🎉
So awesome !
Nice very very cheep price for you hard work lucky people
My pricing is almost the same as yours. The only difference is I price my disposable razors at $1. My sale total today was $811. Was hoping to do more as I cleared $1000 with last month's yard sale, but hopefully next month. Glad you had a successful weekend!!!
You need to raise your price on the razors because they get expensive
@Jane Snyder I always get them for free, so there's no point and I did have them for $2, but they weren't selling.
Hello, and congratulations on your sale🎉
It amazes me the pricing differences depending on where you are! You are about $1 to $2 cheaper than me on everything and we’re about 30 minutes outside of Austin TX.
We’ve had 2 stockpile sales so far this year and made right at $1200 both times. We stay open for 6 hours on Saturday only.
I think it helps when you can take the apps like venmo, cashapp, etc, because people link their credit cards to those apps so if they don’t have the physical money right then, they can still charge it. Does cost me a little in taxes but I definitely make more that way. Doing another one this Saturday. I try to do them every 2 months.
It is so different in every area! And same thing with electronic payments. The town I was in is considered a bedroom community (no growth) and ages are higher. So that community is not very savvy on cashapp, Venmo, PayPal etc 😂
I only had one person ask if I took credit cards 🤣
So yeah no loss in sales for me. Other communities that are younger and into technology don’t carry cash and it’s smart to accept other forms of payment ❤️
Nice job
Congratulations!!
Congratulations on your sale… started with your other UA-cam page
Love it❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
Jodie I use some of my stock pile and made Mother’s Days baskets for my church
That’s awesome ❤️
I love this! I done this for the first time I made decent but not the traffic I was expecting half of the people was so judgmental I mean why bash me for what I’m doing you know but anyways you’re awesome loved this thanks for sharing
Hello hello hello 😊
My mom is having a garage sale and I plan on bringing my couponing items to sale! I don’t have a lot because I’ve cut back but something is better than nothing! We are taking the money and going to the water park.
How fun ❤️❤️❤️
Congrats ❤
I just did my big stockpile sale!! We made $1600!!🎉🎉 love your videos!
Yay Laura 👏👏👏👏
Congrats on a successful sale! My neighborhood does a spring & fall sale.. We had the spring one the last Saturday in April & I made $2688 in 4 hours. I have lots of regulars now & stayed busy the entire time. So exhausting but also so rewarding!
Yay Danielle 😍😍😍😍😍
I love that couponing allows you to sell it cheap to the community. It's a win win!
It sure is Katie ❤️
I can't watch the whole video cuz I don't have time but I do want to say that I give you a lot respect considering that you charged the prices you did because I would think it's totally wrong if you were to charge insane amounts which I'm sure people do that but I feel it's wrong and I'm really impressed with the fact that those prices were $2 and $1 I'm shocked actually I didn't know is going to be like that I don't really think I have seen a stockpile sell other than one who says you can't you know you can do what you want but basically my point is after watching a few minutes of it and seen the prices and stuff you definitely earned and I will go out of my way even if I don't have time to really fully watch everything I will give you that like button every time I log on because that's how I feel people should like it regardless if they watch I think it they should like I don't know why everybody doesn't I don't understand what's so hard about pressing the the like button but you know everybody's not the same .enjoy ur. Day safe travels take care bye
My sale was $3900 for 3 days
Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Yay Maria 👏👏👏

Awesome Jodi! Probably won’t be doing any sales myself this summer. Haven’t really couponed since last September. Hopefully can start again soon!

Omg, you did amazing! I love a good deal and oh I would have hit your yard sale
🙋🏻♀️ Hi! Newbie here and loving your videos ❤
Hey Jodi, nice to see a community yard sale. And very happy you did great. I’ve only done yard sale twice and that was last year. First time I had done that and it went great. It was on a Saturday and Sunday and got $1200. Never thought I saw going to reach that amount. Haven’t done anymore because I just coupon for what I need or the family because how things have changed so much. But there’s some people that remember have knocked on my door asking if I have detergent and some other things. Lol. 👍Thank you for sharing your awesome sale.
I had one in April . I made $400 , my top sellers are detergent, and Tp,paertowells . I only do cash and there's always that person that wants to pay less because at Dollar store it's cheaper . And with a smaile on my face I tell them sorry but if you can get it cheaper and same or more quantity then by all means Go for it . And when she came back it was gone 🤷♀️
Yep😂
Of course it was gone. A smart person recognized it was a great deal ❤️
I'm wanting to do one this year. Did one last year for 1 day. It was great. I'm full again so I'm ready
I just had a stockpile over the weekend it turned out fantastic and had some regulars.
Hello Jodi! Congrats on your yard sale🎉🎉🎉
Thank you Liz ❤️
Hoping to have a stockpile sale in 2 weeks! I live in Michigan too. Hopefully the weather cooperates!!
Congrats on your sale. I'm having a stockpile sale in July and August, super excited. Thank you for price ideas.
